We’ve used The Cotswold Company on a previous occasion so were expecting excellent service. We were not disappointed! We purchased an extra large TV cabinet. From purchase through to delivery we were kept advised of when to expect our item and given a delivery slot in advance on the day of delivery. It was delivered with care and packaged exceedingly well. Everything was unpacked and our beautiful new TV cabinet was put in position. We absolutely love it. 5 stars to the Cotswolds Company! We’re about to order a matching bookcase. Would highly recommend this company for its excellent products and absolutely fantastic customer service.

Massive online choice of products. Since moving home I can’t just pop into my local branch as the branch where we live is fairly small so decided to do an online shop. If you’re an advantage card holder you get free delivery – minimum spend. Everything has arrived safely in 2 separate parcels. Delivery via Royal Mail was seamless and very swift.

Great service. Item exactly as described and shown online. Beautiful new large glass shade over dining table. Telephone enquiry prior to purchase dealt with very efficiently, as was delivery.

Our purchasing experience so far has been faultless! Our very efficient and knowledgable Sales Assistant Louise has smoothed our way through the whole process, a service we have come to expect from David Wilson Homes as this will be our third home with them.

Not what you would normally expect from Dyson. We’ve had our current cleaner for a few years now and recently the dust cylinder was broken. We sent off for a new cylinder after having spoken with customer service. Thought the price was reasonable at £30 and the product arrived very swiftly. Unfortunately within a day of using it, we were having the same problem with the new part as we’ve had with the old. We phoned customer service to be advised that it could be sent back. They would come and collect it. There would be a charge of £100 for this to be repaired. So we paid £30 for a new part which proved to be faulty and were told we’d have to pay £100 to have that one repaired. Come on Dyson. Whatever happened to consumer rights on faulty goods! We’ve been loyal Dyson customers for many years now but this whole experience has deterred us somewhat. This morning the vacuum still not functions!

Had been looking for a birthday gift for my husband’s sister who loves (who doesn’t!) Laura Mercier bath and body products. Saw The Daydreamer's Indulgence Duo being advertised in the run up to Christmas, and eventually managed to purchase the products at an amazing 50% price reduction. Ordered Christmas Eve and couldn’t believe it when Royal Mail delivered my parcel from Look Fantastic on Christmas Day! Truly a Fantastic price and Fantastic service!!

Found the products I was looking for at very competitive prices in the run up to the Black Friday sale, although All Beauty prices are always competitive. Extremely fast and efficient delivery.

We had been wanting to purchase a smaller outdoor BBQ for just the 2 of us. After reviewing several we saw the exact product we had identified online at John Lewis. From confirmation of our order to delivery the very next day! we were kept updated on which courier service would be delivering and given a designated 1 hour time slot. Our new BBQ arrived as advised within the allotted time, beautifully packaged and handed to us by a very amiable and friendly courier. As we have come to expect from John Lewis (both in-store and online) an excellent service all round from start to finish.

Lovely straight leg stretchy jeans. Super fabric. Haven’t worn them yet but they looked good and fitted well when I tried them on.

Brilliant customer service from the young man at the Taunton store who helped me decide on a new cologne for my husband. Whittled it down to 2. The Assistant sprayed both on tester cards and I left the shop to do some shopping. I returned once both had had time to develop and purchased my favourite - Montblanc Explorer. The customer assistant was exceedingly helpful and courteous. He did everything with a smile and made the whole shopping experience most enjoyable.
