Get owner to sort problems as it is poorly maintained

Having recently spoken to a very helpful lady I went ahead and renewed my car insurance and breakdown service through Police Mutual. Today I have received a box of flowers from Police Mutual through Bloom and Wild, as a thank you. It was so unexpected, a lovely surprise and made my day. So thank you for such a lovely gesture having heard of my recent remarriage !!

Swift delivery, good value

I am writing to complain that having agreed a monthly rental for a new phone at £18 per month with vodaphone, NO ONE mentioned the extra cost of £4.65 per month for line rental!!!!! I feel very annoyed too at the service and delivery length I received and will be writing an letter of complaint. It has been a shambles organising this. If a reply to settle this rental issue could be received the account is 98139130

Excellent live chat for getting answers to policy questions. After purchasing my renewal I felt the follow up video was so good in fact excellent in calming any fears of having completed the the application correctly. Then the follow up call from Giles Driver was comforting to completely reassure this new customer and complete even finer details plus adding hire car charge of £20 for 14 days in any event of losing car again a worthwhile addition I felt. So Thankyou and I will be recommending Geoffrey insurance to friends and family.
