I am writing to complain that having agreed a monthly rental for a new phone at £18 per month with vodaphone, NO ONE mentioned the extra cost of £4.65 per month for line rental!!!!! I feel very annoyed too at the service and delivery length I received and will be writing an letter of complaint. It has been a shambles organising this.
