I think this is because she is totally unbiased about the products she recommends and really understands my skin condition. My skin is better than I can ever remember and I have a great regime in place. Megan is also so friendly and approachable.

I booked a holiday villa in Greece through Vrbo - having paid money to the 'owner' 48 hrs later Vrbo email me to say the house is not available and they think it shouldn't be on their platform. They have refunded me their fee but I am still short of over £3,300. Their communication has been appalling and I am trying to recover my funds via the bank. NEVER EVER use Vrbo. They display villas that don't belong to people who claim they own them and Vrbo clearly never checks! They trust their own platform so little that they won't give me my money back when they have let a fraudulent villa be put on their platform.

Energyperformancecertificates.co.uk offered an excellent service. Took a couple of weeks to get an appointment but they communicated well with me throughout, turned up when they said they would and I had the EPC certificate within a couple of days of their visit.

I ordered some men's pyjamas as a present for my brother. They arrived and were even better than they had looked online. Wonderful colour, beautifully warm, and honestly some of the nicest pyjamas I have ever purchased. Delivered on time and I am delighted (as was my brother!)

I received excellent service in store - made a quick choice of carpet and the whole process was speedy and easy. I cannot comment fully yet as the carpet has yet to be delivered and laid. But so far very happy with everything.

Generally a great experience with your food boxes. I am only doing a four star review as one of them had the beef mince only cooking for a short while, which to be honest, was not that nice and it needed a lot longer. But as you design them for time-constrained cooks I can understand the logic. The other boxes were terrific and have even got my husband doing a little cooking, which is nothing short of a miracle! So thank you.

I am absolutely thrilled with the album/book I did for my daughter. It did require hours of work on my part and it was essential to watch the instructive videos that MILK provide, but the result was great and I felt really quite techy by the end! (which I am definitely not!) I ended up with a wonderful present of excellent quality, and a real feeling of achievement.

Excellent service - punctual (in fact early) and helpful.

Fairly easy booking of what we hope will be a lovely holiday house in Skiathos. Took a little while to get a response from the owner. Only surprise was that we were expected to come up with every penny nearly a year in advance! The owner said that was a homeaway policy rather than hers.... Not sure but was reassured by the very generous cancellation terms (although not planning on that route!). Otherwise happy with everything so far.

The service was excellent - my daughter's stuff from university picked up when they said they would and dropped off at our home on time too. Saved me a lot of time, and probably a little bit of money, driving miles to pick her, and her stuff up.
