Finally got the bed assembled today after long building delays. Its great and quality is great for this price point. Looks like it should last ok now it’s assembled and bolted to the wall. Slight confusion over LED lighting kits. But all sorted now - had to buy some more bits but customer service was quick and helpful.

Great web chat and ordering service - if the delivery experience and product is anywhere near as good - we are in for a great buying experience- split the payment with PayPal payin3 also easy to use.

I was hit by a driver insured with this co. Avoid. They took over a week to send our details to their appointed partners VRG - no excuse. No apology. Did not allow us to report to a supervisor. Refused to send email under freedom of info act request and also refuse to confirm which ombudsman they fall under. I will be following this up once they have finished sorting my claim. At one point they even suggested I call my own insurance Co to deal with the incident. NO and NO why should this company rely on other companies doing their work for them. Disgusting attitude and behaviour from them once you go over an hour on hold and get cut off 1-2 times before getting through. 😡

The two guys that came and delivered and installed my 2 Lg appliances could not have been more professional and courteous if they tried. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the items. And cleared all the packaging etc - well worth it.

Needed to send some usd to my friend in the Philippines. Had the whole thing done and my friend got the funds before traditional fx companies even bothered to return my calls emails! Few documents to upload went wrong but emailed and dealt with all within a couple of hours. 100% recommended. My friend even got 100usd more as the rate improved and they pass on the saving! A+++
