Boiler serviced by manufacturer
My annual boiler service was arranged with the actual boiler manufacturer. Engineer spent about 45 minutes on this. Usually about 15 mins! Very happy with this aspect, no emergency call outs to review as yet....

Engineer turned up on time and spent a reassuring amount of time completing the annual service on my combi boiler. Very pleasant and professional, always nice to have service carried out by the manufacturer's own trained people.

Good panels, good price.
Am happy with the panels I received from this company, achieving about a 20% saving when compared with major retailer( 2 letters of alphabet).
However I was told a message would be sent the day before delivery providing a one hour time slot for this.
This did not happen.
Luckily I was in when the van arrived.
Not sure if items would have been left outside?
As I said pleased with product though.

Fair price for phone, with prompt bank transfer of money. I was kept in the loop at all times. After waiting in all evening for someone who never showed to buy for a few pounds more this was a much better experience. And no awkward haggling!

Great service and price
I have been very impressed with my dealings with this company.
First of all I could not find a better price anywhere, even got free door handles included. Have collected my doors personally,each time the staff have loaded them for me. Finally have found the quality of the doors to be excellent, so all in all very pleased!

I had been looking for a particular car for a few months on and off. Spotted the one I eventually bought at Tch on the internet. Received a quick response to my query from salesman Kieran. Went to view and decided to buy, having not been pressured at all. The car was the best price in the country and also I received £1200 more for Px than another Ford dealer offered for an almost identical model. All the guys were pleasant and I was even allowed to have my towbar swapped over on site. All in all I am very happy and would highly recommend this company. Special thanks to Kieran who was great to deal with.

Disappointing service....
Been waiting for my account to be closed since I left on 28 Jan. Originally joined due to cheapness, sent my meter readings each month. Half the time these were not 'validated'.
Billing was very unclear and confusing. Fortunately i cancelled my direct debit so no money taken since Jan. Account is showing in credit so think i am owed some money. Would not recommend.
