My god they are awful in so many ways

My god they are awful in so many ways. One of their trousers was missing the length info, it only had a waist size option. App doesn't give you option to write to them, customer service phone number says they're available 8am-9pm yet no one answers the phone after 10 mins. Is it cause there's no one there on a Saturday? If so how about saying so? Also the phone service is beyond annoying, long long minutes of useless messages, then "say what we can help you with" followed by "sorry we don't understand what you're trying to say" EVERY SINGLE TIME. Finally you get the option to speak to someone only to wait 10 minutes without anyone answering. Nice. Eventually I fould the contact form on their website, curious how long it will take for them to get back to me, will update...
Ps:their app is also pretty bad, the pop ups on the product pictures saying "RECOMMENDED" and "POPULAR" covering up most of the image and when you click on the "X" trying to close it 9 out of 10 times it doesn't work and instead brings up the image, boy that's frustrating after the 20th time...

I reported missing items, Uber did nothing about it

I reported missing items, customer service sent me a template reply saying they won't be doing anything about it. Ridiculous that I don't get what I paid for and Uber would straight up refuse to do anything about it. I asked for an explanation on how that's possible, they sent the exact same template reply back to me, twice. I now deleted my account and won't use their service again.

Zero info on item delayed for almost a week

For the last 5 days tracking just says delivery time is "unavailable at this time" even though item has been by the local depot the whole time. I'm completely in the dark whether hundreds of pounds worth of Christmas stuff will be delivered before I travel away for holiday.

Frauds

Frauds, avoid them as much as you can. I ordered a covid test from them. Soon after they sent me an email saying the payment didn't go thru. They provided a link in their email and asked me to attempt to pay again. I did and ended up being charged for the same item twice. They clearly did it on purpose, FRAUDS, thiefs, people go to jail for things like that.

Absolute joke

Absolute joke, same problem as another person had here. Had to change my flight, need to change my test dates, they can't do it over the phone (why not???), can't do it online either as I could only do it for the first test but not for the rest as I haven't received booking reference for the other 2 yet. And I have received and email saying they will be in contact but nothing yet. I URGENTLY need a solution with new passenger locator reference and new test dates etc. I also tried to contact them via their website's contact form as they OF COURSE don't have an email address and guess what? Of course none of the contact forms on their website work and they just freeze upon clicking "send". Will contact my bank and authorities soon if I don't hear from them, I strongly recommend everyone to avoid them.

Beyond terrible

I spent the whole day sitting at home, keeping an eye on the tracking. At one point it gets marked as I missed the driver. Web chat reveals the driver went to a wrong location. I get eventually ensured that the driver will redeliver it later the same day. Another web chat later I'm being told, that they sent a message to the driver along with my phone number and he will redeliver it. 2 more phone calls later, at 1915 in the evening, I'm still being told that the driver was sent several messages and that he will probably deliver my items at the end of his shift, which finishes at 1930. Of course no one came, I paid extra to get this item delivered today, it was urgent and important, which I emphasized every time I spoke to DPD. Beyond terrible.

Courier left parcel in the bin

Courier left a note saying they left the parcel in the bin. Pretty disgusting but the irony is that the bins got emptied the next day. Hermes customer service shrugged it off by apologising but offering no compensation.
