Horrible

No feedback whatsoever, they don't respond to anything you sent them. I have a feeling my order is never going to arrive. I ordered 2 funkos in August and I still haven't even received an estimate of when I'll get them even though I've messaged them multiple times.

Order never received

I ordered 2 pop figurines in July and were in preorder for September but to this day I haven't had any news... I sent a mail didn't get any answer or refunds...

Birthday gifts

Purchased a bunch of stuff, some of it in pre-order and some of it for my twins birthday in 5 days. Emailed as well to ask if I had any hope at all to receive it in time (normal time says 4-8 days). Someone comes back to me and apparently I had missed that it normally would be sent in one shipment (meaning months from now, when the pre-order things are available). But Stephen immediately said, that obviously that was not what he would do and would make every effort that I receive the kids' presents in time. Great personal customer service!
