Rachel organising, and David directing on the day, were excellent at looking after us and our dear late mum. I appreciated their warmth, compassion and attention to detail with nothing too much trouble.

I'm so happy that my Mum had those comfortable, happy years there! She was supported and part of a lovely community but also able to retain her independence and enjoy being so accessible to the town's amenities. She left behind the stress of trying to manage and maintain the old family house and relaxed into her modern flat. The lovely staff went above and beyond to make it a great place to live the happy, easy life that people who've worked hard all their lives deserve in their later years. Special shout outs to Clare and Beth, for their warmth, care and patience and to Ella for the amazing restaurant food. But thanks to the whole team for all you did for Mum and the reassurance you being there, round the clock, gave all of her children.

The level of detail of information provided, in simple clear language, and availability of support really helped me feel confident that I’d have no issues with the hire. And I didn’t! It’s much better than provided by others. Also other people’s high ratings made me trust Zest and I was right to do so (I’ve had issues with car hire elsewhere in the past so I’m wary!).

Smooth process with lots of personal touches for helping my Mum to easily move into William House McCarthy & Stone Plus. Amy, Clare and others have been brilliant in helping to take the stress out of the move and helping her to settle in. The property and facilities are excellent and she was right at home and happy straight away.
