don’t go to nando’s in parrswood…

went to nando’s in parrswood the staff are miserable no emotional intelligence and none of them look like they want to be there. they have no eye contact. the nando’s in white city is so much nicer and friendlier

I ordered three sizes 6,8and 10 in the…

I ordered three sizes 6,8and 10 in the tshirt dress from misguided. The 6 was bigger than the 8 and 10 was the same size as the 8.very disappointing sent video and picture evidence. I would not trust the sizing of this company or the customer service as they did not even acknowledge my issue just sent a standard reply not addressing the poor size guide. They did ask me for my order number which I sent howeve the Careless stagg did not even read the messages I sent

Very very disappointed

Very very disappointed. I bought the nike one luxe for 59.95 the first order was fantastic quality of the leggings were great so I bought a blue pair. I ordered another black pair in april and it arrived nothing like what I have seen. The material looked faded and so did the quality. What has happened. Tried to contact nike however no response and its absolutely shocking how they can charge that price and not deliver consistent quality.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. They came to measure up a window which I have just recently had fitted in the loft. The plaster is fresh so needs drying out. They came measured up left the window in the loft wide open when i had it shut. I work away and the house is occupied by two other people that I house share with but never go into my room so they wouldn’t have known. The window has been left open for 5 days and 5 nights, it has soaked my carpet,clothes and not to mention the fresh plaster which is now ruined. I will be calling to make a complaint and if I don’t get any compensation towards the damage I will be taking it further.

This company takes pride in attending and leaving a property as it was found. The rep measured the room for the blind and reported to one of the housemates that the window was open and should he close it...he was told it was obviously open for a reason and to leave it as he found it...It is my belief that the window was open to assist the plastering to dry and it was unfortunate that the weather changed and the customer had further water ingress...once the damage was noticed the customer chose to blame the company and get compensation. When questioned the housemate denied any knowledge of the conversation with the rep. I do not believe this was our fault and as such refused to pay compensation...Regards Paul
