Great reliable service and delivery

Been having lot of problems with Samsung filters not fitting because they had keys same part number for a later mode.
Very responsive support team who picked the correct filter based on my photos.
Filter fitted perfectly.
Would use filterflair again.

Quality of goods needs to be checked…

Quality of goods needs to be checked before despatch.

After finding the first laptop not as advertised, i gave DC digital a second chance and ordered a second one. This one was not Grade A, infact it looked like refurbished. Similar to the first one, this one was not the same as what I had bought. Although, I got my initial refund (after 14 days), I am still waiting to have my postage costs reimbursed.

They shoudl check Items before sending to customers. It loooks like DC Digital is a reseller, which means they do not have them in stock. Once someone buys it, they order it from their suppliers and pass it on. My experience has been that this is where they failed to check and just sent it to me. It took me 10mins to workout the second item was not what I had ordered. If they did this, not only they would have avoided postage costs, they would not have lost my custom.
