I regularly use Westpack for my small business and have always loved their packaging — especially the Santiago Rose boxes with black inserts, which make my jewellery look so special.

Recently, I decided to move over to the Frankfurt Rose boxes. They’re lovely, more compact, and even cheaper to post — but the foam inserts are pink, which really doesn’t complement my jewellery the same way. I reached out to Westpack to ask if I could swap the pink inserts for black ones, but was told I’d need to order 8,000 boxes to do that.

As a small business, that’s just not possible. It’s disappointing — why can’t we live in a world where the answer is “of course, we can help with that”? Small businesses deserve flexibility too, not to be penalised for ordering in smaller quantities.

I’ve also noticed that I used to receive discount codes, but now there are none. I can’t help but feel these are reserved for larger businesses, which is a real shame. Supporting small businesses should be just as important.

Delivery so slow, for a £200 order they should be wacking them out on time. The items when received were lovely but delivery should be so much quicker. Think I waited around 6 working days. Need to learn from next pay £20 a year and get it next day. I wanted all the latest burgundy items by the time they arrived I was over it.

So I order a sideboard, great so you would think. I’m stood at home waiting. Email, sideboard delivered…oh hang on not to me it’s not! I get in touch with xdp, delivery has gone to house no.7 sends me a picture of the house and the number 7 even the huge box in the hallway of house no.7 which I can only assume is the sideboard. Well marvellous because I live at flat 2, yes flat not a house not even flat 7 it’s flat 2. Xdp say oh yeah it’s gone to house no.7. Where? No road name no explanation just house no7. So I go to very.com oh great chatbot, get nowhere. Ring very.com get directed back to chatbot. I mean seriously. So still to this day I’m without my money and the terribly marvelous Poeple at you guessed it house no.7 have the sideboard. Anyone know what street county village town house no.7 is ? Nope neither do I, neither does xdp. Never heard anything from very.com to this day…

I really want to give more positives but the scales are balancing more to a negative. I use Royal Mail for all my small business orders. Most of them get there. Ivy Meade post office in Macclesfield was a tremendous place whilst fabulous Karen was running it, alongside dawn, Anita, candice and still holding it all together a very hardworking Angela. I always drop my orders in every day Monday to Friday however the guy that comes to collect the bags has a full van so the orders don’t move anywhere. So they still in the post office two days after I’ve paid for royal mail tracked 24! How can they get away with it ( Royal Mail, not the hardworking ladies and gents ) I’m told get them here earlier! You couldn’t write it, the left arm doesn’t know what the right hand is doing! I petition to bring Karen back out of retirement and sort it out no messing! Come back Karen the post office needs you!

Argos is just great! I try to always purchase from Argos where possible. So smooth and efficient. Ordering anything and everything is a breeze any faults or problem you have a human being to go speak to

Can’t fault any items I’ve purchased! Maybe a bit more pricey than the average shop but you get what you pay for!

My evri delivery man is marvellous! I’ve had him years and I feel bad because I don’t know his name. I feel embarrassed to ask now too! But he’s wonderful always delivers on time.

Saw tess Daley wearing the powder foundation on insta. Love it! Amazing won’t change to any other now. I would like a concealer on my next order.

Jet 2 are amazing for me and my little girl. We enjoy every holiday. We went back to Mallorca with them again this year. Sadly the flight was delayed on the way out however only by 1.5 hours so we were fine. Will book with them again for next summer

Next always amazing. My Evri delivery guy is amazing always comes next day can’t fault it. All the brands I love. Lipsy forever new river island mango love & roses and I just love all the next stuff too. My day is dull without a next delivery in it.

Twice mathew was to come and twice mathew didn’t arrive. All he had to do is swivel his head around to the right and that would have been my house. I had to go rummaging around knocking on doors to get both parcels both within two weeks both with Mathew. Can someone give Mathew a map next time

I bought a beautiful sekonda gold watch from a gorgeous jewellery shop in Marple. It’s got a stretchy bracelet strap and I only have skinny wrists so they took some links out for me whilst I went for lunch. I would love the same dainty watch in silver.

I’ve used every tan on the market I carried on buying this because it was influencer led, the first few bottles all leaked. Customer service were very good and replaced however even one that arrives non leaky still manages to leak all over after use. The tan is useless. Does not last. I had to keep reapplying on holiday every time I went for a swim the whole tan had disappeared. Before anyone wonders my sunscreen is not to blame it’s not oily, it is 100% the tan. I’ve been using the same suntan cream for years with other tans. On the face if you wear makeup you’ll remove the whole tan after one day of makeup and be white again. The ultra dark is lighter than the dark and don’t get me started on the horrific face tanner. Goes into every pore dries skin and develops uneven the price is silly money for that orange load of rubbish. I don’t believe the influencer wears this a full week on holiday like she claims. I think it’s a clever marketing company with a bad expensive product that’s a waste of money. Ile be chucking mine away. Never again.

Fabulous holiday booked with TUI. Flights there and back went smoothly and all on time. I would definitely book again with TUI and am infact browsing for my next holiday through them. My daughter will turn 8 soon so looking for something fun. Thankyou for our wonderful holiday at the RIU toureg the hotel is so clean. Want to especially mention our maid Jandira who made it extra special with her towel art on the bed every day my little girl loved it. The resort is spotless, weather amazing. Pina coladas are a must. The staff go above and beyond. The African night was amazing. Food was so varied there’s nothing missing at all. We loved the Italian restaurant and the Asian restaurant but the main restaurant was also fabulous. Couldn’t find any faults with TUI or the hotel even if I tried. We had a wonderful time.

I found baby and co very helpful I contacted them on a Sunday on Instagram to ask some questions before ordering they answered immediately I then placed my order with 5% discount and my item arrived on the Tuesday. I was thrilled with my yoyo stroller it’s amazing xx
