Not 5 stars, because I missed two things:
1) being able to navigate/search per size.
2) variety in bigger sizes. Not all jewelry is tiny :-)

I love my packaging for my new buisness. The ordering process was simple and it arrived really quickly.
I'm very impressive with the quality of service and materials. Certainly I will be continuing to work with them. 100% recommend.
Everything was so great, from choosing the packaging size, form, color, custom logo, and shipping. The customer service was so great, we had few chats about the design, and then I got my order on time. The quality of logo printing on the boxes and the cutting of the boxes were so good. I very much recommend WP.

Totally happy with customer service and the delivery time. Sadly not so satisfied with my last order, usually i order boxes from the Boston range in grey hovever i've being advised they are discontinued and rebranded as Boston Eco,
On comparing the new boxes received with the older from previous orders the color is not matching, it is lighter and i really prefer the older grey.
Other disappointment is the logo, i asked for a debossing this time instead of my usual silver and the debossing is very shallow which make the logo invisible at first sight, especially on a dark color like grey.

Great company. Have been working with them for a few years now for my small jewellery business.
I regularly use Westpack for my small business and have always loved their packaging — especially the Santiago Rose boxes with black inserts, which make my jewellery look so special.
Recently, I decided to move over to the Frankfurt Rose boxes. They’re lovely, more compact, and even cheaper to post — but the foam inserts are pink, which really doesn’t complement my jewellery the same way. I reached out to Westpack to ask if I could swap the pink inserts for black ones, but was told I’d need to order 8,000 boxes to do that.
As a small business, that’s just not possible. It’s disappointing — why can’t we live in a world where the answer is “of course, we can help with that”? Small businesses deserve flexibility too, not to be penalised for ordering in smaller quantities.
I’ve also noticed that I used to receive discount codes, but now there are none. I can’t help but feel these are reserved for larger businesses, which is a real shame. Supporting small businesses should be just as important.

Absolutely love my boxes and bags. Quality is fab and got them so quickly. Im based in South Africa and got my products in about 2 weeks. Customs and duties were about R2400 for 48 ring boxes, 48 pendant boxes and 100 small fabric bags.
