Excellent experience buying tyres from…

Excellent experience buying tyres from you.ordered a motorbike tyre from you after being messed around from another online retailer,The tyre was delivered in less than 24hrs and was the correct brand and size.[ unlike the other retailer which took over two weeks and was the wrong brand and size) Will use blackcircles again.A+

How is this company still trading…

How is this company still trading absolutely disgraceful.Have ordered two motorbike tyres three weeks ago,after two weeks I phoned them then miraculously the next day a tyre turned up [just one] and it was the wrong brand and totally the wrong size.phoned up requested a refund [not received yet] was told at the time my second tyre would be here the next day,Still waiting for it [and not convinced it will be the right one when it gets here]just spoke to customer service and they are not interested at all.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY,NOT WORTH THE HASSLE
Ordered a replacement tyre from another online retailer to replace the incorrect one sent out by mytyres,ordered at 10am on the 3rd of July, has just arrived at 1pm on the 4th of July.And it was correct tyre.it is now the 10th of July,I still haven't received my refund,I am at the moment trying to phone them.I have been on hold for 1 hour and 15 mins.Think I might have to get my refund via my bank as getting not luck with no-tyres(sorry my-tyres),what a SHAMBLES.Ordered a replacement tyre from blackcircles and it came in less than 24hrs.Avoid mytyres at all costs

Must be the worst delivery firm out…

Must be the worst delivery firm out there.each delivery I've had over the last couple of years with them have either been lost or are late, I have never send a parcel with yodel and I will now stop buying from people who use them as it's not worth the inconvenience.
