Booking on line was easy. Also I had an equiry and telephoned, the person I spoke to made a telephone call to the owner of the cottage I had booked whilst I waited and cane back to me with the information. This was very helpful,.

The service and delivery was good. I ordered three cotton washable rugs for my kitchen in the colour Slate Grey, which do grab the wet well. However, I have a honey coloured carpet in my hall and lounge and these rugs are continuously shedding the cotton and transfer from my slippers to the hall and lounge carpet which make them look dirty. I am continually sweeping and vacuuming. Driving me mad. I have had cotton washable rugs before from another manufacturer and they did not shed and make a mess like these. I wish I had never bought them.

Have only placed an order once, for tea towels. Quick and easy speedy delivery and well packed. Thank you.

The only reason I have given three stars is because I have only used this for for times and need longer to assess my personal experience. However, even though some ladies have felt the written instructions supplied are not adequate the online videos are excellent. Also, there is help and advice either by phone or email. I also had a faulty lubricant bottle which was swiftly replaced. This Kegal8 ultra20 unit is well worth trying, so I am very hopeful it will help me with my rectocele. Glad I purchased it.

The three honeysuckles I ordered were well packed and delivered promptly. However two of them were bone dry with brown blotched bruised and torn leaves.
They are a hardy plant so I am hoping they will revive ok.

I telephoned to ask about an item that had been shown as out of stock on their web and was told that items are taken off the site if there are only a few left. They do not take orders over the phone so the assistant placed the item back on the web site and after waiting a few minutes I was able to successfully place my order. Brilliant.
