Review of RateSetter

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Started as a loan now an investor

Started first with ratesetter as a loan.
approved and easy to manage good rates.

Once i understood the platform a bit better, started to invest and can honestly say it is easy.
And part of my investment portfolio.
Never had a problem.

Great site

Review of Birminghammidshires

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

customer service lacking…

Have held mortgages and also long term saving bonds with this company and they were very good, in the last year their attempt at being reputable (returning arrears fees from 2009 and 2010) has been disastrous.... Service well below consumer standards, have not answered questions that have been repeatedly asked, to the point where a lack of trust has built up and I think they have something to hide....deeply frustrated and disappointed as a good firm deals well with service issues and previous to this issue had no previous problems

Review of London House Exchange (formerly Property Partner)

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Important part of a investment portfolio.

i have invested for over twenty years of working life from simple Isa's to a spread betting hedge fund that went bust!
always looking for an investment vehicle that returns well and is easy to invest.
Partner property is just that. investing in the classic bricks and mortar without the 20 per cent lump sum or the difficult tenants, the platform allows you to invest in a lump sum or in small amounts. growth investment or high dividend yield, my investment is currently running just under 5% and is a key part to my investment portfolio.
