Opened up starling account due to work travel and the charges are reduced significantly for overseas outside UK use.
Been over two years and the bank is simple and so easy to use... fantastic. So easy i have opened a savings account which can be inter changed with current account.

Decent service from Harry's and the razornheads are reliable..... a few fall short with the gel strip being over gellly well gel, leaving sticky residue but that is only one orntwo..... plenty of shaves clean sharp cuts and very comfortable.... Great service and all in all first class
Since my 2nd review this platform has struggled further. Now dividends are all but stopped and most properties are up for sale. Particularly bad experience with Pitt street sale in Newcastle where sold funds are not released,.poor communication from the platform and late communication which spoke investors further... Need to be a bit more open and transparent and up the comms

Dividends are suspended as standard once a property has been voted for sale by shareholders - this is so units can be made vacant and sold without creating any cash flow issues due to the reduction of rent, but the property still incurring costs. This is stated clearly during the voting process.
Regarding the Pitt Street distribution, we provided direct communication via email to all shareholders and via the website on 4 separate occasions, keeping shareholders informed of developments. We made significant changes to the platform and the distribution process in order to make an Interim Cash Distribution to stop shareholders having to wait further while the issue with the utilities provider that was precluding us from finalising SPV accounts was resolved.

have been using creation for a three years to get electronic goods at Christmas. super easy process, great way to spread payments for largeish capital outlay. recently had an issue with website where i could not pay off small amounts.
got in touch with customer service and zaynab was quick effective and efficent in resolving the issue under ODRS8115.
so customer service is great alongside a good product.

Selling my mums house has been a difficult experience and some companies customer service leaving A lot to be desired. Thankfully royal mail does not fit into that category and we're easy to do business with, just simple, a breath of fresh air.
Totally money brilliant site that gives you transparency and clarity on your credit score and borrowing.....
Sometimes a little out of date, it is 90 per cent accurate with the data which gives you confidence with your credit score and borrowing.

Just to let you know, it usually takes lenders around six weeks to update TransUnion, the credit reference agency we partner with, with any new information.
You can check when your lender last provided an update to TransUnion by clicking "See More" next to the account. If you have had confirmation from your lender that they have sent up-to-date balances to TransUnion, then you will need to contact them directly by emailing UKconsumer@transunion.com.
They would need to know the last 4 digits of the account you are wishing to dispute, and the reason you want to dispute the information. Further to this, they would also require the following information:
• Your full name • Date of Birth • Address history for the last six years
If you’re seeing info that’s outdated by over six weeks, then please feel free to reach out to us at help@totallymoney.com and we'll be happy to look into this further for you!

Beaver Pest Control worked for me at Battersea Power Station on The Power Station redevelopment.
Eduart Enachi (Eddie) was fantastic, dealth with so many pest control issues including,
pigeons, crows, fly infestation, insects, Foxes, ferral Cats!! and even assisted when the Peregrine falcon chicks fell from the nest by accident. nothing was ever a problem for Ed and team and i can honestly say was one of the most professional tradesman on the project (of over 3000) i would have no hesitation in recommending Beaver to tackle any Construction or non Construction pest issues.
His Video of his humane fox capture and release will live long in the memory of those that received it.
since my 2018 review, my opinion has not changed it is a great platform.
It has struggled over the last couple of years with dividend payouts and capital losses plus grenfell fire cladding challenges.
introduced monthly fees that saps the low returns even lower.
a great idea, great platform, unfortunately with low returns and sometimes negative it becomes less attractive to invest large investments into the platform

Across the entire portfolio, including those not paying dividends, the average dividend yield is 2.3% p.a. (after deduction of the AUM fee).
The average dividend yield of the top 10 dividend-paying properties is 5.3% p.a. (based on Resale Market share prices). Review dividends for all properties here (sort by "Dividend at Buy Price").
For the vast majority of our clients that are currently electing to hold their investments, the properties in which they are invested remain sound medium and long term investments.

Found a great offer on go compare but after payment complications late night on line, had to call directly and was pushed through many press 1 to do this, press 2 to do this. Layer after layer of automatic call handling until eventually got through to a human who although very nice, was ineffective and sent me back to the web site to ultimately try again.
Eventually successful, however leaves me confused and a little reticent on their service if i had to call them after an actual incident. Fingers crossed that this was just a bad experience.
