The staff in store were very helpful and friendly, when I chose my bed I wasn't sure if it would fit in my new house the staff put my mind at ease and said I could secure that bed but was able to change it at any time if it wasn't going to fit which was great.
The customer service team that i dealt with were very good and it was easy to make any amendments to my order.
I paid for the bed setting up which I'm so glad I did, the men again were really friendly and helpful and did an amazing job, took away all the packaging.
The bed looks amazing and very good quality, I bought an LED Gaming Bed.
The whole experience for me with Dreams was fantastic, thank you to all the team at Birstall retail park.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was really helpful and was friendly going through all the information with me and explaing everything thorughly so that I understood, she just made it so much easier for me.

Amanda dealt with the sale of our property, she has been amazing for me, keeping me updated all the time and really thinking of me when dealing with a matrimonial split and pushing my needs forward when small issues have arose along the way to make sure I and my children are also being looked out for.
Nothing was too much trouble and it has been nice to have a friendly voice at the other end of the phone when going through something difficult as a family.

Very good service from everyone at Made with Oak. The staff were very helpful when I phoned to ask a few questions about an item that I wanted prior to ordering. I received regular emails to keep me updated on my order and delivery status.
The delivery driver was very helpful and ensured everything was ok on arrival.
Also had a courtesy call after delivery from James at Made with Oak to check that I was happy with everything.
