Physiothertapy was used to establish if I had a musculoskelatel 'issue' contributing to my pain foillowing a ureterenscopy. The Chartered Physiotherapist ("S") was able to see me promptly, to assess my situation and build a plan which was executed over three weeks. Great treatment, and with thanks to "S". Pat

From the moment my order went 'live' I was briefed on the plan and outline timings for this high-value item of equipment. I was treated promptly to establish whether or not the pain in my right kidney bed might be muscular/skelatel; or whether it was related to a 'kidney issue' after some recent ureterenoscopies. It is probably the latter which we established after three appointments with 'S' at the Falaise Road clinic. Very professional approach by 'S'; careful enquiries and a tailored programme and advice. I shall return to this clinic for my other daily aches and pains. Thank you.

Andy, the Engineer, arrived on time. He was courteous and highly professional. He was quick to diagnose the failed HIVE receiver (not a common fault, apparently) and remedy it. So helpful! A great ambassador for BG. Thank you!
