Bought a key on back order last night in order to secure a cheap price. It was clearly marked and I hoped it wouldn't be long. It definitely wasn't as I woke up to an email this morning saying I now had my key.

Cheapest price available. Key was available straight away and redeemed no problem. Would happily recommend and use again.

Ordered a preorder well in advance, only found out the day before launch that it wouldn't be dispatched till the day of launch with the expectation of arriving the day after. I only got this info because I chased it up. While I recognise that this may have been due to factors beyond the shops control I still would have liked to be informed earlier there was an issue. I would have given 4 stars but my copy wasn't dispatched till the evening of launch day and didn't register with royal mail till after 8pm meaning there was 0 chance of it arriving next day so it actually arrived 2 days after launch. I was impressed by the quick email communication and would try again with a non-preorder item.

Edit: You've misunderstood which customer you are responding too. This was my first order with yourselves and I haven't emailed about compensation. So i'm honestly startled by the end of your reply. i'm sorry if you felt my review was unfair I thought that my willingness to try using you again showed there was no hard feelings.

Found this site via is there any deal, checked here on trust pilot before ordering. Had a slight technical hitch as something in safari on ios was reading as a vpn but was fine using firefox app. Glad there are so many payment options as I usually use paypal but didn't want the fees. Key appeared instantly and is now in my steam library. Will happily use again.

Even though I only went with standard shipping it arrived next day! Hdmi lead works perfectly, best price for this type of item.

Bought a hdmi switch off the website at a similar price to the no name ones on amazon but with 5 year warranty. I ordered 5 minutes before the next day delivery cut off. It was dispatched the same day and as expected it arrived the next day. Item works perfectly but I'm glad to know I'll have support if I ever do have issues.

The instant my order went through I got confirmation that my delivery was scheduled for the day I chose. The night before delivery got a text with my 2 hour slot. Got a phone call 30 minutes before. Tv was delivered by friendly, careful driver brought straight into the room I wanted. Had no issues and would happily have Denis deliver to me again.

I got a voucher to get a free game from this site which I was pleased about because I've used the store before and had a good experience. Twice I've emailed with questions and both times emails were responded to the same evening. Since this didn't involve me giving them money directly I'm honestly impressed by the service I received. I hope these sort of promotions get them decent money from the brands/companies involved.

Martin was brilliant I feel he went above and beyond to help me. All emails were answered promptly and he was more than happy to do more than one demo to help me find the right speakers. I now have some wonderful speakers and stands to go with them, all of which I got at a very good price. I would happily recommend analogue seduction to anyone and would definitely use them again.

Had a brilliant experience preordered a game late on a Monday night due to release that Friday. Was dispatched on Tuesday arrived on Wednesday. Will definitely use base for preorders in the future.

Arrived on time but game case was slightly damaged before being packed. It was obviously accidental but someone made a small cut in the game box spine damaging it and the paper insert underneath. However would still heartily recommend and will continue to buy from them

Just received my limitless 2.0 case and flip wallet add on I ordered very late Friday night or very early Saturday morning. It dispatched Sunday (which I was very pleased by since the website mentioned working days in relation to dispatch time). I was also impressed that meeting the minimum spend for free express delivery actual got me a faster delivery time than other paid for options. Packaging was nice, the limitless 2.0 is much less bulky than the equivalent part my previous wallet case and the wallet add on seems much better quality. I'm looking forward to seeing how my new purchases do over time.

Tried to buy a game 10 mins before a voucher expired wouldn't work, spoke to someone on twitter who told me to contact customer service who sent me my own voucher code. Would definitely recomend as they were very friendly and helpful.

I accidently chose a motherboard which would not make use of the RGB fans in my case they took full responsiblity for the site not warning me and promised to ensure such warnings would appear for anyone ordering going forward so no one else would make my mistake. They then took my pc back under warrenty and exchenged the motherboard for the one I would have ordered had I known and only charged me the price difference I would have paid had I ordered the right part initially. They even added an RGB lighting strip for the inconvience! (if id known how good they look I would have ordered one). They have also answered several computer questions i've had with great patience. I'm recomending them to all my friends from now on.

Pre-purchased pillars of eternity 2 deadfire obsidian edition. I don’t know if using PayPal sped things up but my purchase appeared instantly, I was surprised actually as I was expecting a wait. Had a slight issue due to the publisher not sending pre-order dlc codes to the site. Gamesplanet twitter responded almost immediately requesting an email (which was very efficient considering I’m sure they were dealing with similar complaints). Within an hour and a half they let me know that this was a known issue and being sorted. An hour later they both emailed and tweeted to let me know this was sorted and where to find my code. Would not hesitate to use them again 😃
