Preorder was late but good communication would try again
Ordered a preorder well in advance, only found out the day before launch that it wouldn't be dispatched till the day of launch with the expectation of arriving the day after. I only got this info because I chased it up. While I recognise that this may have been due to factors beyond the shops control I still would have liked to be informed earlier there was an issue. I would have given 4 stars but my copy wasn't dispatched till the evening of launch day and didn't register with royal mail till after 8pm meaning there was 0 chance of it arriving next day so it actually arrived 2 days after launch. I was impressed by the quick email communication and would try again with a non-preorder item.
Edit: You've misunderstood which customer you are responding too. This was my first order with yourselves and I haven't emailed about compensation. So i'm honestly startled by the end of your reply. i'm sorry if you felt my review was unfair I thought that my willingness to try using you again showed there was no hard feelings.
