Awful experience

Awful experience. They rejected every single property I chose to purchase on nonsense reasons. Exhausting.
And to top all that, after rejecting couple of properties, for the next one they charged me 150 pounds in order to consider another property. And then they reject it again.
Main reasons were the apartments were near the centre so they had shops nearby or train station nearby or a converted office to flat.
I mean seriously, tell me you only offer to houses and flats in the middle of nowhere and then I know when to come to you. Waste my time, lost many properties in the process, and paid them money for no reason.
Awful, awful, awful.

These people are thieves

These people are thieves, plain and simple.
I went to view an apartment to buy and within 5 minutes of the viewing they charged me a parking fine on that property. Explained I was doing a viewing and they never considered cancelling. The real estate agent got on as well.
Needless to say I want to have nothing to do with a property that uses them. Imagine a friend stops by your house for a while and you need to be paying everyone's ticket.
They ruin relations and property values. Do not use.

Great service with thieve tactics.

Great service with thieve tactics.
They falsely present you a £5.99 plan with ads that works nowhere... Even when I fully update everything on my fire TV (amazon) it still won't work. I imagine how much even worse it will be with smart TV's whose software is even more limited.
So, they lure you with the 5.99 that works nowhere and then they force you to get the 12.99 plan to make it work.
Thieves the least I can say.

Instructed, paid fee, and they disappeared.

I instructed them to sell my property, they got £25 pounds on the phone, and never heard of them again.
I chased them, my real estate agent who introduced them to me, and still nothing.
Today I instructed another solicitor to help me with the sale and I assume I lost my time and £25 pounds.
I certainly wouldn't advise any of you to trust them.

Update: I gave name and what they asked and still silent. I am speechless.

I did the mistake of becoming a member…

I did the mistake of becoming a member hoping and believing the promises.
Paid for the year almost £1500 and still 5 months after paying we still haven't launched and no benefits received like the app and so on.
BUT they dare have demands from me to work for them to promote BNI. I pay and apparently I work for them as well and nothing promised was delivered.
They are a pyramid scam, do not register, do not waste time and money.
Still chasing them for a refund as we never launched but they keep demanding from me.
Scammers at best.

I hate their booking platform

I hate their booking platform. When I changed the time it reset the date to the 1st and I didn't notice so I booked a non refundable ticket a day before. Waste 15 pounds cause of the reset feature.
Absolutely annoyd and angry. And on top of that there is no chat feature to communicate to have this sorted.
Awful, absolutely hate it. Can't wait to find an alternative to them.

Absolute thieves

Absolute thieves! Corendon which was the second leg of the trip absolutely tried to rob me blind. Although the ticket said the 8kg plus personal of 3kg they tried to charge me 75 euros for my 3kg backpack. Of course I argued and when I said I am not getting on board the plane cause this is theft and I wanted proof of what was going on. When I asked for proof they called security.
If course security did nothing cause I did nothing wrong but this is a disgrace and I will not leave it here for kiwi or Corendon.

Update: The reply pissed me off even more. They are disgusting and liars! My ticket said 8kg +3kg. They wanted me to pay another 75 for what was already booked. Disgusting people and company. I didn't board as they were awful and bought another ticket with Condor and everything was amazing. What do you expect from Turks anyway, honesty?

Under 14 days and they offer half my money back

This is my complaint I sent to HQ, see if they do something about it:
If this is not fixed I swear on my life this is the last time I am buying from you and you can cancel my account. It is not the first time I get such service.
I bought 4 sticks of ddr4 ram on the 8th of March which I never ended up using. So, I went today 16/03/2024 at 12 at the Milton Keynes store where I bought them to return them to get something else with the return voucher.
For whatever reason they wanted to test them so I let the items to be tested. I came back, all good with the tests, had my receipts, everything good and you "people" offered me £22 as a voucher instead of the full value of £34! I was fuming as I know very well I were supposed to get the full value of them, not even 10 days passed since I bought them from you.
I was fuming and noone cared. I even spoke to the tester who seemed to be the more senior person there and your offer was £22.
This is even illegal by law as it is under 14 days from when purchased for any business, every item as long as they are in as was condition and I have the receipt.
Absolute thieves!

Update: I saw your reply and will check my legal rights and act accordingly. You are not getting another cent from me and I will make this an issue with my company as well.

I can understand your concern. Kindly be informed 14 days is only offered for online orders (items ordered from our website) where customers get a refund to their original payment method if they return it as unwanted provided it is the same condition as we sent it to them.

For store orders (products bought from our stores directly), we only provide 2 days to return an unwanted item for full value in the form of a voucher refund. Should this period lapses, then the other option we give is to buy back that item at its current buying price in cash or voucher.

According to our policy, all items need to be checked and tested by us during their return before we can offer prompt advice on it.

They ask more than I got as a loan..

They ask more than I got as a loan... I got a £7500 loan and after 4 months only I am able to repay back the loan. I pay 211 per month. I asked a settlement quote and I expected to get a figure of around £7200 ish. They gave me a settlement quote of £7600+! More than the actual loan.
I doubt this is legal in anyway or sense and will be reporting them.

Update: They sent me an absolute insane response about the proportion of capital and interest in the payments. But if you know the simplest of maths even if the capital I repay is £1 a month it would still mean the capital remaining would be lower than the capital borrowed. You are asking more money than the money borrowed. Wake up and read the text.

For transparency, when taking out a loan with us, in the T's and C's that you signed you would've agreed to there being a chunk of your loan repayments that goes towards interest changes over time.

This is called "amortisation".

With amortisation, part of each monthly repayment goes towards the interest on your loan. The rest is used to pay off the capital (the money you received).

Your first monthly Zopa repayment consists of a higher proportion of interest and a lower proportion of capital.

As you continue to pay off your loan, a progressively larger chunk of each repayment goes towards paying off the capital.

You'll often find this process in the world of finance, since it allows customers to repay a loan in predictable fixed instalments each month.

Absolute thieves! I rented a Volvo V40 for my trip to Greece and these guys tried to give me a Fiat Tipo as a similar car. In what world is Volvo and Fiat similar, different categories, bodies, status, reliability, comfort, everything different.
Still struggling to get my money back from them.

They have replied:

"You are kindly informed that the booked car was not available for reasons outside of the company's control .
Additionaly the station offered the first available car close to the specification of the booked one but it was not accepted by the client"

As per our emails to you we have now refunded the cost of the rental as requested.

Disgusting service!! Not only they didn't support me with a charge I didn't recognise but they also froze my card without me requesting it and ordered a new card for me without me requesting it. As a result fit up to 5 days I can not pay or be paid. I never requested any of that.
These people are not normal. Looking for alternatives now.

An absolute scam of a company

An absolute scam of a company. I have two websites and their emails with them and they treat me like the lowest of low.
I had apparently a fake report that I was phishing. Without consulting or verifying they blocked all my emails based on a fake report. I can not receive client emails or send based on that and they are still "looking into it" 3 days now and going. The damage is already huge and I just wait for them to see they mistake. They are awful, they cost you more than they help you and this is not the first time I had problems with them. Avoid like the plague and if someone had the same issue with me please reach out to act against them together legally. They are insane and don't understand how they affect businesses. AVOID!

Rude, bad professionals

Rude, sarcastic, bad people. There was a misunderstanding with a telephone appointment because they sent the confirmation email with an American format 10/09/2023 and by mistake I thought the call was for next day, for the 10th instead of the 9th that it was.
Very rude on the phone, not dealing with them again. Low pay jobs anyway, was just looking for a weekend job.

Very bad experience and a waste of…

Very bad experience and a waste of money in terms of database. Really bad in terms of getting emails and I have at times 70-80% bad emails which is insane and it affects my work.
Very bad and cancelled my contract. Best to use one good tool to sequence and another specialised for data.

Really bad start, even worse going forward

Really bad start.
Chose to try them out and all so far is going from bad to worse. started the 14 day trial, it seemed alright and though of buying a subscription.
After buying, I have less features like no connection to hubspot, and can not speak to anyone to help me start a campaign. I feel all is done good by me but nothing goes out and noone to help me.
I will give it a couple of days and then ask for refund. No use buying something that doesn't work.

Update: I thought of giving it a second chance. Huge mistake, it is an absolutely useless tool and made with no consideration of the user. There is no way to sort prospects except manually one by one. This is insane for a tool that will be holding 50000+ prospects.
