Bought a pair of shoes in sale
Bought a pair of shoes in sale. Front panels on shoes didn't match and I had thrown away box so didn't think I could return. Paul Byron shoes contacted me and apologised for manufacturing fault in shoes. They collected the shoes by courier the next day and returned the payment to my card. Impressed with how the dealt with this. Obviously a class company. 👍👍 Susan
