What can I say - Ordered refurbished phone at 12.37 on Friday - Delivered Saturday Morning and all set up y 12.45 on Saturday - just over 24 hours!!! Phone was purchased as excellent condition- one below pristine but to be honest it's pristine - can't see a mark on it. Very happy customer!

I had my advert up for 13 months - The car was priced at below market value, I had 40+ photo's and the car was in mint condition. In the 13 months I had 3 e-mails only asking about the car. After 13 months I finally had a viewing for the car and the purchaser was delighted with the condition of the car and purchased the car on the spot. Why did it take 13 months???

Had a warranty claim and Direct Sight stepped up and resolved the problem

Delivery was on the day promised however no notification was given half hour before driver arrived.

Luckily driver arrived fairly early in morning so not hanging around all day waiting for delivery

I have smart meters but no smart monitors as I switched from a supplier that went under to British Gas.

I requested smart monitors from British Gas and they said I needed new smart meters as well and the wait is months.

I shouldnt have been concerned - Loop connected to my existing smart meters easily and provides data for both Gas and Electricity every 30 minutes in an easy to use app. This app is superb and spells the end for smart monitors from my point of view.

Parked for semi final of euros - Parked on a social club car park - cars rammed in. However 5 minute walk from Wembley so no complaints there!

I was really disappointed with my purchase!! - NOT with AO but with the manufacturer of the TV I purchased from AO - Samsung.

Samsung claimed that the TV had the TXT function (checked in manual and website of samsung before purchase). This is not true - TXT function is now not supported by Samsung. HOWEVER - 5 out of 5 to AO who were happy for me to replace the TV with another brand or a full refund. I found a Toshiba TV with identical functionality and TXT function works. So a satisfied customer.

Purchased a shed which was supposed to arrive in afternoon. Eventually arrived 9.30 PM same day in pouring rain. Fairplay for meeting the day's commitments and getting soaked!!

Shed went together well and instructions fairly easy to follow. Pleased with the purchase.
