Was looking for prop shaft U joint bearing. They didn’t stock the part but Mikey was more than helpful with alternative suppliers. Been shopping here for years. Always a prompt service. I would suggest, though, that they provide telephone service. It’s much easier to explain part details. Thanks again.

Was supposed to have heating timer fitted as part of switch contract. Three appointments were made to fit the unit but each time appointment Was cancelled at last minute.

Contacted Energia in early March to find out what the problem was. Was promised to have issue resolved within 10 working days. Heard nothing.

Had to contact Energia again on 25 April as I had not been contacted since early March.

Supposed to have unit fitted on April 26. Will see what happens this time.
