Unfortunately, my fault, I gave the wrong address for the recipient. Despite spending several hours leaving messages on whatever phone numbers I could find I was too late to prevent despatch to the wrong address. Since then however, service have been in touch and have even refunded the cost, which I would not have expected as the fault was entirely mine. So thank you very much Biscuiteers. I shall be reordering with the correct address.

After initial confusion over delivery date, which was soon clarified, first class service. Brought everything upstairs, unpacked, took all packaging away and assembled bed expertly and placed how we wanted it and when we asked put the mattress on for us. Very pleasant and polite and a pleasure to have in the house.

Worry free and good selection of printers when everywhere else out of stock. Would be very happy to go to again.
