Bought these paniers from Trendz. Good price, excellent delivery and very good panniers, so far.

Good price for the Garmin explore 2 cycle computer. Good delivery, good product. So far so good.

Reasonable price for a replacement shower. It works well and reasonably easy to fit. This replaced another mira shower. Didn't buy this from Mira so didn't deal with them directly.

The henry XL I bought was on special offer, lots of information about delivery and very good product. Free delivery.

Brought a freesat pvr and so far so good. Did have slight issue with the pvr being sent without a hdmi lead and not getting a receipt but when I phoned service was very good. Have used Richer sounds for a number of years will be returning.

The price of my purchase was good but the delivery was the item that persuaded me - free on a Saturday. I have brought from Marks previously and had a good experience. Only thing that stopped my giving 5 stars was that I was supposed to get a phone call 30 mins before delivery which I didn't get. Luckily I was available.

So far I am very pleased with the boiler though I do have to say that I didn't receive confirmation of my warranty as I was expecting from Worchester Bosch. On looking on the website I put in the serial number and found it had been completed - this is the only reservation I have. Does concern me a little as lack of communication could prove to be an issue if I need to use the warranty.

Was looking at selling an old phone and started the process of putting it on ebay but thought I would see the price I would get on cex and got a better price than I though plus lots less effort. Didn't take long before money appeared in my bank account. Just took the phone into my local shop for them to assess, only bit I didn't like was didn't get an immediate receipt- got an e-mail a while later. Was overall very easy and ok with price.

The flowers got delivered to my sister on time and she liked them. She sent me a picture of them and I could see they were nice but not really like the bunch I saw on line. The bunch I bought was supposed to be pastel colours, these were bright yellow. I realise that they can only deliver what the florist has available but figure should be a little closer for over £40 including delivery. Still got 4 stars as my sister enjoyed them and process was easy.

I received my new balance trainers quickly after ordering but found that they were too tight annoying as have had a few pairs of new balance and figured these would fit. This is only reason not getting five stars. Sent them back and got the correct size, only grip is had to pay to return trainers although have to say even so saved money by using Sports Direct compared to anywhere else I could find online. Very quick return service.

Found what I wanted at a good price and the delivery service was excellent, good job all round.

The service I received was very good with a very good price. I only gave 4 stars because as of yet I haven't tried the brush heads.

Brilliant bikes provides an excellent service. I have a Brompton and use this for commuting and this needs constant maintenance. I have used Brilliant bikes for a number of years and found there prices competitive and speed of delivery excellent. They are very knowledgable about Brompton maintenance and have occasionally phoned them up to make sure I am ordering the correct part. Keep it up Brilliant bikes.

Brought a front mudguard for my Brompton. Got a good price and very quick service. Can't recommend it enough have used them for years without regret.
