No point in hamming up how your dog…

No point in hamming up how your dog should be taking a daily dose and then not sending it out in time. 5 days so far without a supplement for my dog so I have cancelled future orders.

All just a con really..

All just a con really... I spent out on a carpet that very quickly lost its lustre. The fitters need vetting too- a carpet that is coming up already and has hacked at the edges with gaps between the walls. Two grand on a massive joke of carpet fitting.

I bought a shared ownership property…

I bought a shared ownership property built by this company and was immediately expected to tolerate a variety of imperfections, all brushed off as “cosmetic defects.”

Someone came to inspect the internal door handles and confirmed they hadn’t even been fitted correctly, meaning I should simply expect them to keep coming loose. No lasting resolution offered.

They even visited my place of work and told the children there that this company builds “the best houses in England", which appears to be an entitlement reserved only for those fortunate enough to buy outright.

The list of issues goes on:

Grounds design means I’m expected to maintain land not even attached to my property.

The toilet had been used by builders and left stained.

Paintwork was appalling, and the concrete floor was so poor it couldn’t just be corrected with a simple screed.

The bathroom basin was missing a plug and the drain was already rusting.

The double doors into the garden are nowhere near the standard supplied to private properties—left with a gap at the bottom, no sill, and an open invitation to pests and weather.

All in all, they cut corners, deliver subpar quality, and offer no real solutions. It is as though I should simply be grateful that they deigned to build affordable housing in the first place.

They were awful during Covid. I tried making contact on multiple occasions through their helpline and they never got back to me leading to a default. Awful customer service led to greater consequences for me.

They offer a locker pick up option but…

They offer a locker pick up option but cannot deliver? I have a parcel that is temperature sensitive and I booked a pick up instead only to be told this evening that they cannot carry this out and I will have to wait until Monday. I tried contacting them and it is nigh on impossible. Very disappointed.

An awful company to deal with

An awful company to deal with, which is a shame after a promising start. I was told that I had switched to them 6 months ago but apparently, this was not the case even though they were charging me for gas. Apparently, the numbers were wrong for my meters but I sent images back when I joined. They are not taking responsibility for their fault and I am now in debt to an old supplier. I feel it will be a ride to get my refund of gas charges. Look elsewhere if possible.

4 months for delivery

I waited 4 months for my delivery and I don't particularly have a lot of good to say for the customer service team either. I have been chasing this order and each time it was 'please wait a little longer', however 4 months is unacceptable. Apparently, the mattress I have finally received is 'complementary' whilst they look into getting my missing order to me. I do feel that this is lost in translation and I won't be receiving a second mattress. I wouldn't recommend this company to those expecting a speedy, organised delivery or those who expect decent interactions with customer service.

Rude staff, poor quality cleaning and scratches the paint work. Not helped by absence of customer service- no wonder they don't link to trustpilot on their website. You can get a better quality hand wash.
