This was a long drawn out process but Devon worked really hard to make sure we achieved the correct end result. She was excellent at keeping me informed. She and Amanda did a really great job.

Absolutely awful. I tried to install with Trooli 18 months ago, website said available at my address, account was set up, estimated installation date given. I was moving into the house so had no back up or existing broadband. I got an estimated day of activation, called on the day to ask for a time only to be told "oh no, it's not in your area".

18 months later at the same address, having had leaflets pushed through the door and someone knocking at the door from Trooli to ask me to go with them now all cable has been laid I decide to try again. Once again, all goes through fine and shows as available. Engineer comes to do the installation only to discover that guess what, the cabling hasn't been put into the cul-de-sac.

Needless to say I won't be trying them for a third time and will be making local people aware.

I had one failed round in the UK then 2 rounds of donor egg IVF at Serum. The second resulted in my beautiful son, born when I was 46.

We were so impressed with Serum, I saw Penny and also one of the doctors each time. Even my very sceptical partner was impressed.

Penny is honest and caring and supportive. Most definitely not in this for the money. When I had a natural pregnancy (ending in mc) in between rounds of ivf she still supported me. She and the whole team are amazing.

Serum really is an extended family, so many women go out on their own to cycle and make life long friendships and form amazing support groups. I’m really sad to see people referring to fake reviews. Nothing fake about my beautiful boy and I actually know several of the women who have posted on here,

Updating this due to the fact very shortly after writing this review Hoseasons customer service called me. The guy I spoke to was friendly, helpful and apologetic. He immediately cancelled my booking and refunded me. Really impressive customer service.

Booking online was hopeless. The page timed out, I ended up booking elsewhere then I got an email confirming this booking which now I need to cancel. I’ve emailed and twice tried to get through on the phone but haven’t had any response and can’t get through on the phone.

Lovely people, great experience.
