They get 2 stars for the refund only!

Truly terrible customer service.
Never on the product listing did it say it was out of stock. Never was I told (until I chased) that it was on back order. Multiple email replies always promised the same thing, "it has been ordered from the manufacturer" but then.... radio-silence, no updates, just vague promises when pressed for an update. 2 months after the order I gave up, and asked for a refund, which to their credit was processed quickly.

Express they ain't!

For a company with express in their name.... they are anything but! I made 3 orders for plants recently, these guys were the first order I made but were the last to arrive. I had emailed asking unless they were planning to deliver by a certain day, could I delay it to another day (I had planned holiday) but again no reply to email until after delivery.... when I was on holiday. 5 days to respond to an email isn't great is it really?! Plants are fine, nothing stand out.

Don't bother!

Applied for a TSB account and a bank switch.

Numerous letters, text messages and letters, many contradictory.

Got so far as to sending me a bank card and PIN number, before informing me I had failed some undisclosed aspect of their screening. They won't tell me why! If there truly was an issue in your financial particulars, would you not want to know?!

As it is I just have the stain of a hard credit check on my records and a wasted couple of weeks trying to get an account open with them. Don't bother!

Old, dirty, torn notes :-(

Seemed well reviewed and good rate offered....

Money arrived.... old, dirty, stained, and many torn.

Explained I would not be able to use the currency (USD) in the country I was travelling to (Cambodia) as they are *very* particular about the quality of the notes..... and quite honestly I had never even considered receiving such poor quality notes from a currency exchange.

I emailed and asked for help, to be told I could return the damaged notes (at my cost!) and that the notes were "legal tender" (which means nothing in reality, as 'tender' is what anyone or no-one will accept) and I should have told them I had "special requirements" - such as intact, clean notes!!!!

Bit of a joke of a company and would not use again as quality of currency and customer service is so poor

1) Impossible to add certain cards to an account to pay payment requests
2) Unable to make payments on the cards it does accept despite following the security pop-ups
3) Customer service idiotic, and don't listen to the specific queries that are raised
4) Unable to use the functionality within the app to contact them

TLDR: WASTE OF TIME!

Not recommended!

I am an NHS clinician (so know more than most how things should work). I wanted to try out Hero Health as they came FOC with another healthcare policy I have, and I had a simple condition that required a prescription for some cream. What should be an easy process was over complicated, full of errors, and required me to follow up at every stage. Not recommended unfortunately!

Truly appalling customer service. Hiding behind livechat and COVID with no responsibility taken for their errors and lies. Have taken money but not delivered the item. Next step..... credit card company to reverse charges. I used to love this company but have gone massively downhill!

JUST AVOID

Lots of holds of cash on credit cards and then refusal to refund! Very very dodgy company. Not to be trusted and would never use again. Felt lucky to escape with "only" losing 70 euro extra than planned!

Such a shame with these guys

Such a shame with these guys. They had a brilliant operation with decent quality food at good prices but it has gone massively downhill recently and I am no longer a customer. My main concerns are:
1) "Quality control": sent out-of-date food, clearly incorrect use by dates on products, products with messed up amounts of component ingredients
2) Delivery: use Yodel at your peril! Absolutely awful, why they made the change is beyond me.

I can't believe I'm am saying this…

I can't believe I'm am saying this about a bank I used to love.... but hear it is. Awful, don't bother, take your money and your business elsewhere. It has been on a steady decline for a few years now. Shows you what American business interests can do in destroying what was always a customer service delight. I've never been sad about changing business, supplier, investment etc. but it is time for me and Coop to say goodbye. Mobile banking no longer works. Customer service "just say no".... and now only work until 8pm.

Edit: No Dan, they are not! Your own advisor stated live chat doesn't work when logged into account and the "social" side can't answer banking queries because it's not secure. It takes forever for you to answer phone now anyway. Look at these recent reviews, feed it back to your senior managers, and ask them to stop destroying your bank!

Utterly utterly awful

Utterly utterly awful.
I have never posted on a review website before but the experience with these guys has rather encouraged me!
Found it impossible to actually book the included boiler service
They cancelled 2 times, each with minimal notice, once less than 24-hours before.
The call centre staff are disinterested and twice put the phone down on me (I was never rude or raised my voice)
Difficult to get through on phone and for some reason the line with them is always really bad

EDIT AND UPDATE:
I find it so interesting that 247 is suddenly interested in being helpful now. After agreeing to cancel my contract, I then received an email threatening me with a fine because I left before my contract end. I'm yet to receive the money back that I paid for an 'inhibitor' service. Definitely going to find out who the regulator is for these guys.

EDIT AND UPDATE:
I have referred 247 to the regulator. Lets see what comes of it.
I also had my review on here removed for a short while as 247 denied I was a customer. Fortunately I was able to send some evidence, despite not being able to access my online account and policy as my access seems to have been removed.... funny that! One word = charlatans

EDIT AND UPDATE:
Well I admit they have won. The ombudsman's remit does not cover 24/7 as they are not regulated by the FSA. Not sure why. P.S.convinced most of the positive reviews of this company on here are fake!
