Do not use in conjunction with wowcher

Do not use in conjunction with the wowcher offer, they make up flight times to trick you into upgrading, and the end offer is really poor. They also use your own personal account to book flights with Ryanair, they send a verification number to your personal email so they can login their side. No idea what else they get up to if they are this bad for just one booking.

Had good products from them in the past…

Had good products from them in the past however, be very cautious when it comes to delivery times. When ordering I was told delivery would be 11/01/2024 to 13/01/2024 for a ski jacket. Now being told delivery is 30/01/2024 - 01/02/2024 nearly 3 week delay, I go Skiing on the 29/01/2024. The rest of the order was also pushed back a week except 1 item.

Was about to order then I noticed they…

Was about to order then I noticed they stick you on a 6 month repeat order with no option to cancel until you have purchased, I wouldn't trust a company who practice business like this.

Edit - a member of your team hasn't tried to contact me or send an email, because I never submitted an order. If you read my review you would know that. Thanks for proving my previous point on bad business practice.

They make it very hard work to access…

They make it very hard work to access anything they offer. It's impossible to add a family member, then for yourself you need to verify your identity, and you try doing all this whilst you are ill.

Unbelievable amount of adverts haha.

Unbelievable amount of adverts haha.

You try to find the place you were up to last time you were watching. No joke, 10 mins of adverts, then you find the time you were up to. Another 10 mins of adverts.

Won't be starting a new series again on here after this.

Lost data

Lost data, and also had data hacked.

They have messed up the API between glowfox and Stripe. I cannot see how many current members I have or run my business properly because of this.

There have been many instances in the past where issues like this have happened.
