They smell divine and cruelty free! Fast delivery and the customer service dept are lovely people. They have smell-a-likes of well known fragrances and honestly Eden are better than the mainstream ones.

Reliable

I’ve ordered something nearly every day since the pandemic began and I’ve only had a problem once and they refunded it immediately. They’ve become one of the few completely reliable online companies.

Not as pictured

I have received a number of bouquets from Bloom and wild as gifts from other people and really liked them. Since Christmas I’ve bought 2 subscriptions and 4 bouquets. About £400 worth in total. But this week, one of the recipients sent me a photo of the bouquet to thank me. It was NOTHING like the one I had chosen. Not remotely. So I rang and complained and reluctantly agreed to a credit note. Concerned, I asked the other two recipients for photos and BOTH were nothing like what I’d ordered either. The flowers were nice enough, not wilting or anything but they were garish and didn’t complement each other, just a mishmash of colours. The actual bouquets I had ordered were colour themed. The ones that arrived. No. A mess.
I think B&W is a big con. Most people don’t check exactly what arrived with their recipient so they don’t find out that it’s not what was ordered.
I’ve lost trust. I’m not ordering from there again. It’s all bluff and no follow-through.

Vile

Like all the other reviews on here, absolutely dreadful experience. The customer service standard is horrible. The company don’t care because it’s a franchise so it doesn’t affect them. I know it’s not always possible to avoid using a particular estate agent if you want to buy the house they are selling, but I’d go to the ends of the Earth to avoid Northwood.

Indifferent to customer service

My customer service experience was poor. I phoned two different branches with questions about delivery, part exchange and Covid safety. In both discussions they were inflexible about safe delivery, inflexible about picking up part exchange vehicles and didn’t seem interested in accommodating people’s safety needs during the pandemic. The overall message I got was “if you do or don’t buy a car from us we don’t really care either way”. Also, their delivery charge is ridiculous... £200 up to 50 miles away and £50 even if you’re 5 miles down the road.

Cruelty free and smell great!

Cruelty free, beautiful smelling, long lasting fragrances that smell like your favourite perfumes but without having been tested on wee defenceless animals! Never need to buy a famous, cruel fragrance again. Just pick your favourite famous perfume and find the Eden one that has similar notes. No harm to bunnies and kittens done, clear conscience for you. You can be smelling lovely and be lovely to animals at the same time. They ship quickly, great customer service team. Love this company.

horrendous on-hold wait times

I've already previously left a positive review for Lancaster but I spoke too soon. I needed to ring them urgently today about my breakdown cover and I was on an initial hold for 28 minutes. When I finally got through to someone she put me back on hold. When I finally got through to the next person, she put me on hold. Rubbish customer service wait times.

Southport store staff Joel

I needed a new bathroom for a mobility impaired relative & Joel in the Southport store was amazing. He spent ages going over various solutions for me. He is professional, friendly, not too in-your-face & he is so helpful. He is an asset to the company & has left me with a very positive impression of the company as a whole. Highly recommend that store because of him! Products are great too, but you can get products in so many different places now that the buying experience with the staff is really important.

Expensive, vet exhausted

Awful. Incredibly expensive £150 for 3 minute consultation. The vet was downing red bull and looking like he’d been awake for days. If my dog had needed surgery I would NOT have trusted the vets there to do it. I’d have driven him to Leahurst or basically anywhere else. Also, Vets Now shared my personal data with dozens of companies without my consent which I believe breaks GDPR laws and when I phoned to complain, they could not have cared less.

Love their cruelty free beauty

Absolutely love their Formula range and it’s totally cruelty free. But their clothes have gone to the dogs. Horrible fabric, awful designs. Their clothes used to be amazing so I don’t know what’s happened. But I would give 5 stars for all of their own brand beauty ranges & the food is still first rate too.

Gone downhill

I retract the positive review of lindybop I previously posted. Their clothes are dreadful quality now and they contacted me to say they had been hacked and they they could not guarantee my details had not been exposed. I had to cancel my bank card and order a new one, which was inconvenient. Customer service at Lindybop is dreadful too, they are not very interested. Great company when they first started but like so many, just seemed to get a bit greedy, quality suffered across the board. I don’t touch them now, the pretty dress company is similar and in a different league quality wise.

Edit: as I predicted they went bust. They deserved to.

Excellent

Excellent. Extremely fast free delivery - usually within a day or two. They have a wide range of products and it’s the only place I can find liquid versions of various vitamins for someone I know who can’t swallow pills. I 100% recommend this site.
