Not as pictured

I have received a number of bouquets from Bloom and wild as gifts from other people and really liked them. Since Christmas I’ve bought 2 subscriptions and 4 bouquets. About £400 worth in total. But this week, one of the recipients sent me a photo of the bouquet to thank me. It was NOTHING like the one I had chosen. Not remotely. So I rang and complained and reluctantly agreed to a credit note. Concerned, I asked the other two recipients for photos and BOTH were nothing like what I’d ordered either. The flowers were nice enough, not wilting or anything but they were garish and didn’t complement each other, just a mishmash of colours. The actual bouquets I had ordered were colour themed. The ones that arrived. No. A mess.
I think B&W is a big con. Most people don’t check exactly what arrived with their recipient so they don’t find out that it’s not what was ordered.
I’ve lost trust. I’m not ordering from there again. It’s all bluff and no follow-through.
