Vi kun sende hvis du betaler ekstra !

Jeg booker en afhentning med pakke.dk. Efter betaling og bekræftelse får jeg endnu en e-mail på engelsk med beskeden om, at det kun er muligt, hvis jeg betaler næsten 700 kr ekstra oveni de 1154 kr som jeg allerede havde betalt. Jeg har annulleret forsendelsen med pakke.dk og sendte med en anden udbyder for 525 kr

Pakker er altid 1 eller 2 dag forsinket

Hver gang vi modtager en bekræftelse fra bring på, at leveringen er i dag, vil pakken ankomme den næste hverdag eller endda 2 dage senere. Jeg ville selv aldrig vælge at sende noget med Bring. Det er desværre ikke altid muligt at vælge en anden udbringer som Bring.

poor customer service

Good prizes, but poor customer service. Sent several e-mails about a return, never received an answer despite an automatic reply that promised a response within 3 days.

Website not working as it shout be.....

Despite shipping rates for half of europe are mentioned on the website you can't order from those countries as the website is not allowing you to do so.

Thank you for your feedback. Most products are available for international delivery and you can add them to your basket and checkout. Some of our large items have special handling requirements (e.g. furniture, large slatwall panels) and for those items we would need to provide you a delivery quote to ensure we can deliver the order in good condition, at the best cost to you and to your satisfaction.
