Great

I mean, after trying out a bunch of different expensive brands over the years, the food from E&C is the only one my dog eats without any problems. He doesn't have any stomach issues anymore, except for the soft food (from the same brand) - for some reason, he became more sensitive to a specific kind: chicken. 🤨 Recently, we tried new treats from E&C (banana cookies), it was added to our order as a gift (incredibly nice, I must say - it was a big box). We wouldn't have tried it otherwise, as buying the big boxes of treats without first checking if my dog likes them is usually a recipe for disaster. However, to my surprise, he devours these ones one after the other. So, I will be buying them from now on :)
I also love their incentive programs; you can choose to donate your discounts to dog shelters or use them on your next purchase. I've tried both. And a special thank you to the creative team who worked on their website. As a UX designer myself, I appreciate the work that has been done there; it is incredibly engaging and is an inspiration to me on how to properly design web products.

I have two of my packages from…

I have two of my packages from veepee.be stuck with Agediss which were supposed to be delivered already several days ago!
I had to reschedule for another day because they failed to deliver them the first time.
Anyway, I was on the phone with a rep, and she told me she contacted the delivery guy, and apparently, his car broke down! Like hell it did. I can't believe a word! This is the second time they haven't delivered, what was the problem the first time then? Also a brokedown on the road? What a bullshit!
Reading all these negative reviews, I think I'm doomed. Those were gifts for my husband's anniversary! Absolutely disgusting, I'm about to cry!

Stealing my items!

Stealing my items!! Outrageous! I was supposed to receive two items in the package. But they took one item from the original package, cut the delivery label out from it, and stuck it to the new package! The weight information was still on it, but it didn't correspond!!

Great prices

I can always find excellent deals on sports clothing there and a pretty broad choice, although the delivery was a bit too slow, I guess it takes time to get it delivered to the EU from GB now due to extra custom checks.
It was a relief to actually find a bit online sports store that delivers to Luxembourg.
The order was well packed, not damaged, I could follow my delivery online. Thanks, I will be definitely buying more from this website.

The website is very convenient to use

The website is very convenient to use, you can hover over a product and it shows the sizes at the bottom, exactly what i needed. Close-up shots of the products are very helpful, complete and correct descriptions with measurements.My order arrived very quickly with a prepaid return sticker. everything was packed nicely.

Avoid at any cost their "services".

If you are not a tourist or someone who represents a useful asset for the embassy, if you are just a citizen of Uzbekistan without connections or relatives within the embassy of anyone in government, you will not be given any sh** about!
You want to follow the rules; you pass the registration, keeping in mind you can ask for their help in case; you pay for it, for God's sake, but nobody wants to move a finger for you, because, like I already said, you are just a simple citizen, therefore, worth a sh** to them. You won't be treated like you are supposed to, because you are no one.
What? You paid for the services?? Uh, who cares!
My advise, if you have an opportunity to figure out how to get documents from Uzbekistan on your own, NEVER EVER, you poor little man, ask the embassy of Uzbekistan to step up for you!
And when the problem appears, they won't even answer your mails, the complete ignorance. Highly unprofessional approach, especially for the embassy in the capital of Europe, Brussels.
Official representatives of the country just can't allow themselves to work this way.
Leave your mentality back in Central Asia, here in Europe you have to work hard, and efficient! you have to do your best, treat people respectfully. Don't make them wait for half a year for one piece of paper, this is rude and UNPROFESSIONAL!
Just, people, avoid at any cost their "services" unless the team of the embassy changes their attitude.

P.S. Terrible website, with plenty of errors in code at the bottom section... And when the website was under construction, it would just give you pages with code. Who does it this way now, in 2019? That's clear to me, the people who paid for the website just spared some money for a better developer. Although, I'm not sure, the person who wrote this website was actually a developer?
Images don't appear as well, which means, either the wrong format, or bad links, or non-existing images.

Nice online shopping experience

Nice online shopping experience, fast delivery, good efficient customer support.
Ordered from them already few times, had a problem only once, my promotion code didn't work at the checkout, was kind of disappointed.
When i contacted the customer support, the refund me for the amount I would save using my promotion code... and gave me 10% off from the next order.
The clothing style can be a bit boring and simple, but i shop there if I need some basic good quality stuffs for cheap.
Never had problems with delivered goods. Always everything correct and well packed.

PLS READ THIS REVIEW koreadepart.com: Good but SCAMMING with products weights which doubles your shipping costs

I really love korean cosmetics and skincare products. They are simply the best in the world and more affordable than the european brands. But they are very difficult to find in Europe.
We have Sephora that carries some korean skincare brands, but it's just overprised there plus the choice is quite limited.
I buy from Koreadepart when I have no choice. When i can't find something i need on ebay, or jolse.com or rubyrubyshop.com. Because, each time i order from them I feel like I was scammed.
I will explain.
The delivery is perfect. It always comes fast, considering it's coming from Korea to Luxembourg, a long way, it arrives in a week, or around that time period. It always well packed, they put few gifts-samples, never expired items, never anything broken, stolen, nth like this... BUT
There is a big BUT. When you order something online on their website, they always put the gross and brut weight on the product page, so then you can count how much will cost you the delivery at the end. (they have the shipping costs information available on their website)
The first time I placed my order there, i was so naive... You count all the gross weight of your products together and keep in mind the certain shippings costs, but when you finally place the order, the shipping costs double of what you actually counted.
They add at the end the weight of the packaging box which is always! 400 gr no matter how much you order (sounds ridicilous if you order just few skincare items, right?).
That way they scam with shipping costs.
But that's not all.
When I received my first order, I decided to actually compare if the gross weight of the products mentioned on the website matches the reality, and it doesn't AT ALL. I recorded a video of myself putting product by product on the kitchen scales (which is precise), i sent it with the letter to koreadepart, I never ever received any reply. I sent it again - NTH.
They scam with the product weights - once, the scam with the packaging box weight - twice.(which was never 400 gr, BTW, but only around 100gr instead together with the bubble plastic).
Those are all small amounts of money for someone maybe, but big for such a huge online store like koreadepart.
So, before buying from them, i will always check at first everywhere I can buy the same item, if not, then koreadepart.
Please, KOREADEPART, reconsider your weight's policy, it might stop a lot of potential buyers from using your website.
Afterall, you offer a wide range of products impossible to get anywhere else in Europe then your website, but that negative feeling i have each time ordering from you...
P.S. For me it's already very difficult to place a big order on one website in order to save on shipping costs, because we have custom taxes on products over 22 euros (few items in one order from one seller TOGETHER with shipping costs will be counted as one item for custom tax calculation) So already i can't buy over 22 euros, otherwise i will end up paying double on top of it, the taxes are ridiculously high in Europe.. and on top of it, it makes it even more complicated for me with the scammed shipping to buy something from you. because if i make few orders to avoid high custom taxes here, i will end up paying huge amounts for shipping.

Effective, fast and good Service, always ready to help you!

I don't understand when people say, "ebay never sent me the item, or sent the wrong/damaged item", or anything like this.
Do people realize, it isn't the ebay itself that does it, but the certain seller? if you don't get what you paid for, go ahead with this, leave a negative feedback at the seller's page, explain your situation and ask for help from Ebay Team.
I have few years of experience of buying from ebay, and yes i did have problems with the scam-sellers, but I never had any problems with the Ebay Team.
Whenever you ask for a help, you can expect their almost immediate response, they will look into your case, they will help you to get a refund if there is no way to receive your order.
In my experience, the ebay team was always polite to me, fast and effective. 100% of times I would receive my refund the same day they tell you they will send it.

Ordering online from missselfridge.com could be a disaster...

I guess my turn to write a review about Miss Selfridge...
In spite of many negative reviews about this online shop, I decided to give it a try and placed my order on their website just few days ago, on Monday.
I just couldn't help it, their clothing is so sweet and feminine and so cheap. Right now there is a big sale, up to 70%, so yeah, it's quite catchy if you have a weak will on buying stuffs online ...
To my surprise, it took them only 2 days from the day of order to deliver it to me (I live in Luxembourg) and they used DPD delivery, which is like the best delivery i've ever had a deal with. It's better than DHL. Always on time, never experienced any delays, they notify you about the exact time of delivery. Yeah, maybe I have to write a separate review about DPD delivery XD
So... about the order itself, that was a partially disappointment. Why...
I ordered multiple things, since it was so incredibly cheap, just to try the sizes and fabrics. among the stuffs there were supposed to be a pair of pants, instead of which I received a pair of sandals... I looked up on the website, how much does it cost, and the price was exactly the same as for the pants. This is hardly a coincidence. I personally think, they didn't have my pants in stock, so they decided that going back to the order, to notify me and cancel the item and pay it back, would be much of a pain in the a**, so they just replaced it silently with the item of the same price. Which is a quite disgusting behaviour for the online shop service. So, only knowing that they can do such a thing already STOPS me from buying from their website. Next disappointment was with the way one very beautiful blouse was tailored... (that tells me about how cheap the production of the their clothing must be) I personally have no clue how did the model on the picture put that blouse on, because there was absolutely no way for me to do it. I wasn't just stock in it because of the bad sizing, it was theoretically not possible to put it on. Because... they forgot to put a zip at the back of it, so you had to be in diameter (you and your shoulders including) around 45 cm to be able to get yourself in. the fabrics is not stretchy to allow you to do this without any zip, there are no buttons, nth that would let you in. I coulnd't believe it. This was european size 34, US 2, UK 6. My usual size. I'm not going to return it, just because the whole return proccess is a real pain - i paid for the blouse 21 euros, and i would have to pay for the return shipping around 5-10 euros, and according to the reviews, it isn't a matter of fact, i will receive any refund for it. So I just cut that blouse at the back where it's logically supposed to be a zip, and I'm going to sew it in myself, it's not that difficult, I love the blouse itself.. But this... This is really weird. It's like i ordered from some cheap chinese online shop, where they have dwarfs as fitting models.
As for the rest, i can say, everything fits me (few other pants were 34 size too, BTW) i love their clothing, it's really sweet, beautiful, feminine, but if it isn't on sale with the huge discount, i personally think it doesn't worth it. I mean, the fabrics is cheap. The way it's made - not perfect - i had to redo the buttons myself, for example. So, if it doesn't cost a third part of the initial price, i woudn't recommend to buy it.
I was ordering multiple times from Topshop online, which is, as I understand, their branch? and I never ever had a problem with my orders. Nothing like this. And the clothing is a better quality. Their service is better.
If i buy some other times their stuffs, it's gonna be from another website that carries their brand, like Zalando, or if it's from their website than only pants, the tops I have to try at first.
So... to buy or not to buy from their website is totally up to you. If you are mentally ready to lose a bit of your money, then you could order online, because overall, the clothing is sweet and that will give you some possible joy from wearing it afterall.
Forgot to mention it, their website is quite a weird thing. Few of the links are not working, if you are clicking on Feedback, the link shows up as non-existing... Too bad, the managers don't read the reviews, otherwise, they would be some positive changes since the first negative reviews.

zara.com - I prefer to shop Zara online

I like to shop Zara online, because the physical shops in Luxembourg are always full of people, lack of small sizes (a lot of teenagers go there to buy clothing) and you never know if the clothing item is actually clean to try it or not, because most of the buyers are teenagers, they don't treat the clothing respectfully and don't mind to throw it right on the floor and even walk on it, so.... ONLINE shopping, yep. Although, I think the items like jeans are best to try first, you never know with Zara sizes, it can be tricky (though, getting to the fittings rooms to try your stuffs in Zara shops can be rather challenging ). I was lucky enough to purchase few times jeans on Zara online, and the sizes actually matched.
Overall, what can I say about Zara online shop.. only good. I never had a case with returns-refunds, lucky me!
I never was dissappointed in quality of the items, right the opposite, I was quite surprised once. I ordered as a birthday gift two not expensive handbags, and man that was rather good quality for the price!
i paid 50 euro for 2 little handbags with chain shoulder straps (usually the metal hardware on cheap handbags or shoes rarely look good, but not this time), maybe for some people it will seem too expensive, but I can say in Luxembourg you can buy practically nth with this money, maybe some very poor quality stuff... So, will not hesitate to buy there handbags for myself, actually, they never look too boring, always cool colors and little details that make them look interesting.
I like also the way the pack online orders in paper, always looks so neat and beautiful like if you would buy from some expensive shop, really not the way the do in the physical shops.
Online shop always contain more items then normal shops. You can take your time, compare the prices, match the colors, think... No one is standing behind your back.

Love it but thumb down for the returns/refunds conditions

I don't live in the UK or any other country where you can find their shops, but i love their clothing and the prices are really affordable. So I'm forced to use their online shop on eu.topshop.com. On sale days it can be quite tricky with the stuffs you pick.
I ordered once the clothing that was on sale, and already placed the order and confirmed my payment. Then I received a letter from them, that half of my order is not available anymore (technically it's strange.. really) but ok. i've got a refund from them, and i didn't even have to follow it up, so, at this point, the customer service did what they should have to. But that negative feeling is left anyway.
What i also don't like, I would say even HATE is the fact that i practically can't return the order if something is wrong with it, because I live in Luxembourg. I mean there are so many conditions for a refund that you just think, "uh, whatever, i can just leave it as it is", good thing the prices are low, so if you loose, you don't loose a lot. But still! Do something with it, guys, the return system is seriously bad and unconvenient for the other european countries! The return shipping is not free, you have to pay for it, and yeah, maybe it's not really expensive, but still, means, even they fully refund, you loose on shipping costs. Meh... and if i remember it correct, you can expect the refund only if you send it back within 14 days from the date of delivery. Plus, the way their website built in terms of if you need to find, for example, the return sheet, it's a disaster. It's absolutely not intuitive, I had to click around gazillion pages to be able to find the proper one, also the information about deliveries is not clear. Could hardly find at first if it handles deliveries to Luxembourg or not.
I ordered there already few times, and at the point of correct sizes and items, it's perfect, never had problems with it.
Also, i think for the money you pay, you get rather good quality clothings. I'm right now sitting in their dress, that i bought for 10 euros, i mean it, it was on sale for 10 euros, and when i put it on for the first time, my husband was in love with it. the fabric is really nice to feel on your skin. it sits well as most of the clothing I bought from them, excluding unfortunately the lingerie items. But that's just something you can't really order online without trying it, unless you know exactly the sizes of the specific brand.
So, overall, the styles, the clothing- I love it

Zalando Be - Perfect, seriously

I placed orders on their web-site multiple times, don't even remember how many. and i never ever had a reason to use their customer service, like on the phone or emailing them, because everything always was perfect. I live in Luxembourg and order from zalando.be, it takes few days from the day the order has been placed to be delivered to Luxembourg. Too bad, Zalando Lounge isn't avaqilable for Luxembourg (sniff).
I remember i also had the case of refund, the whole process was so easy! I even didn't have to pay to send it back at the post, because the return shipping is free! isn't it awesome? you loose absolutely nth if you don't like the item.
Always was receiving the correct items and sizes. Thank you, Zalando Be!
(not sure it will be the same with their french web-site)
P.S. What i really love about their web-site is that they put the correct sizes next to the sizes of the manufacturer. For example, my shoes size is normally 39, but you know how it is with the cheap chinese shoes, it can be different, so thanks to the correct comparison sizes for every product, i ordered 40 and it matched my 39)) I mean...seriously, normally you would order 39, and you had to send it back, but not with Zalando) so, trust their sizes and measurement system! it works!

TERRIBLE support, very BAD and POOR

The support is really really really bad! I never could imagine that the social media support can be THAT bad and poor. I was trying to contact them on Twitter, was sending them requests and emails, my account was hacked, my followers reported multiple times the spam from my account, it's been done nothing! I can't believe they so don't care about their users. The support practically doesn't exist. If you don't want to loose all your data that is important to you, swicth to another aaplication, more secure with a better support.
