Hoping that Ruviera will restore previous standards re initial calls

I have been a Riviera client for around 12 years and for the first time, i had to wait almost an hour to get through to discuss a holiday.After this long wait & having dialled the number in the brochure,I was told I was speaking to Customer services! The lady tried but failed to connect me so said someone would ring back -it was 5pm but i was told the office was open until 6pm.Got call next morning when Niki was v helpful but it was a v disappointing start.

Whilst there were problems with the order the manner in which my complaint has been handled was excellent

sadly no less than 16 of my photos came in a distorted fashion - photos I have previously ordered with you but in the format you sent today are completely unusable
SINCE WRITING THIS I BROUGHT THE PROBLEM TO PHOTOBOX ATTENTION AND AM PLEASED TO SAY THEY ARE PROVIDING A REPRINT
