Hoping that Ruviera will restore previous standards re initial calls
I have been a Riviera client for around 12 years and for the first time, i had to wait almost an hour to get through to discuss a holiday.After this long wait & having dialled the number in the brochure,I was told I was speaking to Customer services! The lady tried but failed to connect me so said someone would ring back -it was 5pm but i was told the office was open until 6pm.Got call next morning when Niki was v helpful but it was a v disappointing start.
