I recently bought a watch on line from Watches2u which wasn't what I expected and I therefore returned the watch. The company gave me a refund, without quibbling, much quicker than I expected so although I didn't keep the watch and I cannot fault this company. I felt they acted honourably and with integrity and I am impressed. I have now purchased a watch elsewhere this time but I will not hesitate to come back to Watches2u if I need to look for another watch on a subsequent occasion. Very good company, in my view.

We opted to move to "Lightning Fibre" from our previous provider to receive broadband connectivity at much higher speeds and to use a local company with definite personal contact. Our new hyperfast broadband was connected on 4 October 2023 and we are delighted with it. Such an improvement. Great local company in Eastbourne and would recommend to anyone. Easy to use for booking

I know others have not had a good experience with this company but for me they have been just right. I phoned and spoke to Kirsty and gave a detailed description of the nearside wing mirror I needed for my Peugeot. I paid upfront and the wing mirror was posted the same day. It was perfect and my local garage fitted it and it has worked perfectly ever since. Saved £400 on a Peugeot main dealer part.
One satisfied and very pleased customer, and will use them again if/when I need to.

Recently purchased an oven. Unfortunately the oven developed a fault after a few days. On contacting DB Domestics they attended the same day and immediately fitted a replacement new one and took the other one away. The second one has worked perfectly and is clearly a "good buy".
I cannot fault DB Domestics for their attention and quality of care. They are an excellent company and we shall definitely use them again. I would very highly recommend them, without hesitation from the helpful advice from the person in store to the excellent after sales service. One satisfied customer!
