I had not heard of Viagogo until last December 2017 when their Website popped up when I was looking to book two tickets for the Andrea Bocelli Concert at the O2 on 02 11 18. I have since discovered they are not an upfront company but a Resale organisation far from transparent and seriously misleading. I believed having paid £266 for two tickets that I had got good seats at ground level in the "stalls". When the tickets arrived they were each priced at £45, a mark up of £88 per ticket, bordering a scam in my view, but it was too late by then. I was still hoping against hope that we had got good seats but we were on the top row at the very back about as high up and as far away as you can be. The Concert was fantastic and we enjoyed it but Viagogo seriously deceived me about the value and position of the seats I booked. In fact i am thinking of taking them to the Small Claims Court for Misrepresentation. It is no wonder that there are so many bad reviews of Viagogo. Do they care? Of course not. No wonder Ed Sheeran claims Viagogo is the ticketing Industry's last major boil to lance. Viagogo are a disreputable shower.

The mechanic Chris, who replaced the clutch on my car did a brilliant job,was very professional and I am very pleased with the result.

We purchased recently some Leather Re-colouring Balm for a leather footstool which was worn and very scuffed. We were very satisfied with the result which totally transformed the item of furniture and made it look like new! Great result! It will need to be re-done from time to time but well worth it.
