Have to admit I was a bit hesitant to buy a high end piece online but having done some research I pulled the trigger. Matt contacted me very soon after the purchase to confirm delivery and he then sent a WhatsApp with tracking details. I received the watch the following day and I am very happy with it. This Is customer service which is above and beyond what you would normally expect. I also got a nice email from the owner thanking me for my purchase. It’s nice in this digital age to speak to a human and this whole experience has made WOM my first stop when adding to my collection. Wonderful experience overall.
