I wish I Had seen the reviews before I went with Fox & Son. yes they sold our house but for the money they’re charging they put in very little effort. there has been no communication and they never call when they say they will, quite frankly I feel they are just all about the money there is no customer service. I would not recommend Fox & Son‘s Portsmouth office. Very disappointed 😔

Unfortunately the customer service lets this company down. Not good If you want your order quick. I cancelled my order, and received confirmation i would receive a refund, Oakworld dispatched the order anyway. DPD have a POD, but not signed by me, I have been made to provide my signature, my proof of attendance of work on the day and time, and then a photo ID, only then did I receive my refund. One month later....
