Wish I hadn’t used this company and…

Wish I hadn’t used this company and just went direct to Tesco. I haven’t been able to apply the voucher to the phone and did not realise there was going to be a processing fee. £23.78 wasted.

I won’t be shopping with these again

I won’t be shopping with these again. They charge for delivery (fair enough) but then also for a return. What it cost me is almost the same as the item. Totally fuming 😡

Further to the response below, I have already communicated with the company and it has been responded to as this is your process. It doesn’t change any of what I have said above. It seems to be common practice to respond to a negative comment with please contact us, but it doesn’t make a difference.

It is worth customers looking on social media as I was flabbergasted at the number of negative comments.

Definitely lost me as a customer.

Monies came out of account within…

Monies came out of account within minutes and no confirmation email received, I chased this and had an email to say: The product you purchased is in hot-selling now, and it needs some working days for hand-making and customize, we will do our best to arrange your order in priority.And we just rushed our factory for your kind order.

They gave me a reference.

I then checked the payment which says from Hong Kong, whereas they claim to be Atlanta, USA.

After 15 days (they claim to post within 7-10 days) I checked on the order and it says packed, but not shipped. I have therefore requested a refund. Let's hope I get it.

I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. Placed my order on 20th February and it said 5-7 days before arrival. I have emailed twice and had two responses to say they had been delayed, which was fair enough - but still no mats 25 days later. I will be requesting a refund.
