Review of Tonies UK
The Tonie Box has been a big part of our daughter’s development. It has reduced screen time and improve her bed time routine. It comes highly recommended.

Review of The Modern Milkman
I have been using the service for around 4 months now with minor hick ups from time to time (bottles left uncollected), however, recently the service has taken a significant turn for the worst. I have gone a few weeks without my order being delivered and attempts to contact the Modern Milkman via email (chat has been taken offline) are to date unanswered with the initial email being submitted 23/08.
When I first signed up for my account, the next time I attempted to login in it did not recognise my details and made me create a new account. When I needed to amend my order it shows that I don't have a weekly subscription so I raised this, my order was amended and they were investigating the issues with my account. The orders came through correctly but to date my account does not show my subscription. I have been unable to pause or cancel my order through their website, their chat is offline and they are not responding to emails. I did give some leeway after reading a few of their Twitter responses about high email volumes but 5 weeks and counting without a response is unacceptable.
Their business is a great idea and one I fully endorsed but the way the company is being run and how disorganised and poorly built their website is i would avoid and go to your local milkman.

Hassle free ordering and delivery service, very pleased.
Review of esure
Having used esure the previous two years without issue i was surprised when they had increased my renewal by quite a significant amount. Discussed this with their customer service team who were unable to help, however upon checking some of the major comparison sites i was able to find the same policy with esure for almost £300 cheaper. It seems loyalty comes at a price for these companies.

Review of RAC Breakdown Cover
As a new driver I feel whole heartedly let down by the service provided by the RAC. When purchasing my vehicle I was encouraged to purchase breakdown cover and extended warranty, which makes complete sense, so no expenses were spared. Reluctantly on a work related journey I’d encountered problems with my car, which were later discovered to be an issue with my clutch. That information wasn’t relayed in any constructive way and came across very rude. Being an inexperienced driver with little to not experience with mechanical or electrical car faults, I thought I could have been dealt with, with a little more respect.
I was quoted a 3 hour wait time which was fulfilled within the hour, which was the only saving grace of this service. After my problem was diagnosed my car was deemed fit to drive, though barely driveable and was instructed to wait 3 hours before I made any journey. This required me to drive over 40 miles in a potentially dangerous car home.
Overall I wouldn’t recommended the services offered by the RAC due to their poor handling of the scenario given above. I’ll certainly be reviewing the market upon renewal of my current policy.
