The drivers follow instructions that have been left when placing the order. They are friendly and courteous and respectful of your property, always using shoe covers when they come in. They take care when assembling the furniture and positioning it. All packaging is removed leaving you with nothing but beautiful furniture and a great experience. B&S really do know a thing or two about great delivery service. So many times a delivery company can ruin the whole experience.
Mark & Chris delivered our sofa last week and they were much more than delivery drivers, they even took time to pet the dog who was desperateto see what was going on. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Called Primis for some leaseholder advice. I was given their details and a recommendation from an associate. I spoke to a lovely chap called Nick. He couldn't have been more helpful. He managed to answer all my questions with ease and really knew his stuff. Thanks for your help Nick, looking forward to having your support and knowledge to help us manage our block.

Unfortunately, I had to escalate a couple of maintenance issues recently. I'm so glad I did. I am now in the very safe and capable hands of a Customer Service Manager (Hannah) who is a breath of fresh air when it comes to great service. Hannah responded to my email this morning and since then has delivered on everything she has agreed to do for us. Hannah is now also trying to support me with a separate issue at the same block. I cant sing her praises high enough. I wish Hannah was a part of our team as she has got a great work ethic. It was lovely to get an opening email from her this morning that began with an apology. 5* service - thank you!

What a straight forward, no nonsense company Vertu are. We had an electric vehicle on order with a competitor and after many delayed arrival dates we eventually cancelled and started looking elsewhere. This is when we stumbled across Vertu. An online enquiry was swiftly followed up with a return phone call from Simon. He couldn't have been more helpful, honest and straight forward. We have also dealt with Janette who has also been a dream to work with. No hidden fees, sales patter, just an honest, friendly, affordable service. This company have far exceeded our expectations and delivered on every assurance they made to us. Cannot recommended them highly enough. Even the follow up call 2 days after taking delivery of the new car, 5*

First time we've used Metro Tiles and the service has been excellent. After some searching around for the specific size and finish I wanted, Metro Tiles offered everything I was searching for and were even great on price and delivery charge. Arrived within a couple of days of delivery and the communication from them was superb. Not just a standard template but personalised comms from a chap called Mark. We were advised to check the delivery within 24hrs of receipt but due to other stuff going on at home we didnt manage to check them in time and when we did open some of the boxes a few of the tiles had been broken in transit. I contacted Mark who worked with us to get us replacements for the damaged tiles. It's been a great experience with this company from start to finish and I'm glad we chose to spend our money with them. Thank you!

We recently appointed Purple Bricks to sell our property as we didn't want to use an estate agent and we wanted to try and reduce the selling cost of our house.
