The drivers follow instructions that have been left when placing the order. They are friendly and courteous and respectful of your property, always using shoe covers when they come in. They take care when assembling the furniture and positioning it. All packaging is removed leaving you with nothing but beautiful furniture and a great experience. B&S really do know a thing or two about great delivery service. So many times a delivery company can ruin the whole experience.
Mark & Chris delivered our sofa last week and they were much more than delivery drivers, they even took time to pet the dog who was desperateto see what was going on. Thank you for such a positive experience.
