Netflix went down hill went they…

Netflix went down hill went they removed customer ratings but I finally left because the price for the only level worth having went through the roof and the content is now absolutely awful with 70% being average shows from foreign countries or butchered Intellectual properties of other companies/people.

To top it off, now I have left they send an e-mail every week begging me to come back even though I have nothing to do with them anymore.

You're better off not giving them your money.

good internet bad company

The company is awful and dealing with them is awful but the internet service they provide is great so I would have give them 3 stars on balance.

For me I only use the their internet so for as long as I've don't need to contact them or renew my contract they're good (except the odd time they phone me to try and charge me more by "giving me the best value")

Also new customers getting better prices than loyal customers feels like a smack in the mouth.

slow ugly dated site so horrible to play on and more than once opted in to a promotion only to not receive the reward once over being told I never opted in. Maybe be ok for bingo but don't waste your time with their games.

Would recommend

Would recommend. Bought a Walnut desktop from them and actually had a poor quality piece delivered but they they looked at the pictures and no questions asked no fuss had it picked up and a top quality one delivered straight away so it wasn't a big deal.

They were also a very competitive price compared to others so a great option all round.

changing my normal account to 0%…

changing my normal account to 0% interest in a months time and then rejected my application for the alternate easy saver account (which they recommended to change to as the reason they were changing to 0% was to offer this better savers account with 4% interest).

It's a great app to use but I can't rate them more than 1 star if I get rejected for a bog standard savers account and have to move banks to get any interest at all on the money I have moving forward.

I understand previous reviews regarding…

I understand previous reviews regarding the scripted customer service replies and the over doing the apologies and niceties but I have shopped there twice now with my first shop encountering no problems and with my second, when running into a small problem when it came to canceling an order, customer support were great and did have it all sorted extremely quickly so I can't rate them any less than 5 stars.

That's for the company though and not for the products as these are cheap products from China (what Amazon sells nowadays mostly but for 3 times the price) and spread over several sellers so that's not on them if product isn't what you had hoped.

Brilliant

Brilliant, Bought a candle as a present that just missed out on free delivery but they were kind enough to let me order over the phone and waive the delivery charge.

This helped keep the price down and with it being a very expensive candle and a present that went a long way.

This company is one of the very few…

This company is one of the very few things standing between these gambling companies doing what ever they want and being held responsible.

I have had a company say they are keeping my balance because I broke the terms and conditions after noticing "betting patterns". I deposited each day and played slots to take part in the daily wheel, nothing shady.

Casino guru are trying to help after the company were able to just keep my money by literally just saying the two words "betting patterns" no proof or explanation needed and there is nothing I can do about it as after that they just say the decision will not be reversed making me feel helpless.

Hopefully they can get my money back but the fact they are even trying is worth a positive review.

EDIT: they also act/reply to any information really fast so you aren't left waiting days or weeks after every communication which is common with compensation/claim/help sites like this or an insurance company for example.

Stay well away from this site and any…

Edit 2: WARNING: after finally accepting I am who I say I am and verifying my account they came back to me and said they are not re opening my account and they're keeping my balance of £250 due to "certain betting patterns" I deposited and played slots each day to get a daily wheel spin, that's all, nothing dodgy. If you care about your money don't play on this site or any site under the Broadway gaming umbrella because they did the same on Winkslots for another £177 as well.

Stay well away from this site and any site associated with their parent company. Blocked my account without warning and refused to withdraw my balance until I was verified. Nearly two weeks later and 5 different pieces of ID/bank statements sent my account is still locked and my funds are still being held hostage.

The fact that they block accounts for "verification" without warning and don't return funds is MAJOR red flag as you haven't done anything wrong, add to that the fact they make the process of getting verified ridiculously difficult (loads of different documents asked for as well as taking days to look at them only to reject them or ask for another document) makes it a site you shouldn't waste your time playing on.

Edit: don't listen to the reply, no other sites blocks and freezes your money without warning for a verification check. They warn you that you have a certain amount of time to verify your account and if it's not done in that time period your account will then be blocked until you verify.

locked my account with £300 in and…

WARNING: Update 2: after having my account locked for around a month and providing all documents they have come back and told me that they are keeping it locked and are keeping my money because I violated their terms, all I did was deposit each day and play on the slots to get the daily wheel promotion, nothing dodgy. I guess they were hoping I would fail a verification but when I didn't they came up with a new excuse to steal my money. DO NOT PLAY ON THIS SITE OR ANY OF IT'S SISTER SITES!

locked my account with £300 in and refuse to withdraw it until all manner of documents are sent. I sent all the documents and now they want more documents and also some of the documents that were already sent re sent but "clearer" the first ones were as clear as can be.

EDIT due to response: You are meant to give people a warning that you want certain documents or ask for any documents you may need and then allow the player a few weeks to provide them like any non dodgy site does. You just close peoples account without warning, refuse to give them their money AND THEN asked for documents.

This is a review of the company/site as different people prefer different chairs so that's subjective. Delivery and returns were great, all on time using their own deliver/collection people who were very nice and great customer service before ordering and any time I contacted them while having the chairs.
