Great service on the fresh water seaflow pump I purchased.
Decent price , importantly in stock and delivered the next day. My boats fresh water system is up and running again .

I bought 4 28mm diameter metal curtain poles. Very sturdy and well made. The brackets allow several options for mounting as they can be flipped over to support from above or below in a L shape.
The curtain rings are plastic lined so glide easily and silently.

Couldn't believe how easy it was.
Chose Fed Ex International Priority from the list, not cheapest but have used before with good results.
Placed order online at 11.15am, Fed ex chap collected just over an hour later....amazing ....OK I got lucky he was near us.
I did mess up on the order, a quick call with no waiting and a very helpful customer services chap upgraded my parcel to what I should have selected 'priority' ....all done within a few minutes.

Very helpful staff helped me choose a great irrigation system.
I've dealt with this company previously, over a year ago, and am a very happy customer.

The technical support at NSS is excellent . I was looking for parts for a Grohe shower, not made anymore. Initially I emailed Grohe with picture's, they came back with totally the wrong recommendation upon which I contacted NSS . The part they recommend and supplied was a perfect fit. Items were delivered promptly too. I have no problem recommending this company.

Excellent service and quality equipment. I came across this company whilst working in DT in a secondary school and now buy quipment and parts from them for my hobbies & DIY.

This 1 star is specifically directed at your useless Hermes parcel delivery company. I work and their app doesn't allow me to take responsibility for the parcel to leave in what I deem a safe place.....ie next to bins etc.
Why should I inconvience a neighbour who also works and won't be in.
I ordered £20 camping kettle, after 3 failed attempts ( i even left a note on the front door pointing to the galvanised bin which Hermes ignored three times ) the kettle was returned to yourself's.
I spoke to your sales team and requested sending the item out again, your sales team were very helpful and listened and said they would specify DPD next time. DPD and Royal Mail allow, via theirs apps, homeowners to decide where the parcel shall be left ....which is great.
So in summary 1 star for your Hermes delivery company but I will award your company 4 stars as the initial ordering was easy and clear and your sales team did respond to my annoyance at Hermes.

Purchased a set of 4 Fulda sport control tyres for my Mk7 GTI. The car is just a few months old but the standard Bridgestone tyres generate a massive amount of noise, a friend recommend Fulda.
The tyres were delivered very quickly and perfect condition and a very good price.
The Fulda tyres have made a massive improvement to the cabin noise, much less, so the purchase has been a great success.

I used the online chat to check the stock of some axle stands I wanted.....they were in stock so I ordered them.
They were delivered as agreed and the products are excellent quality.
I will use Primetool again soon.....

I purchased snow guards for a garage roof, not for snow but to stop tiles that fall off the roof landing on cars parked in front.
Items were delivered very quickly, products exactly as described and fit perfectly on the fascia board and around the guttering.
Painted the brackets up to the top of the gutter line and it all blends in well.

Great service, product was exactly what I was looking for, garage door security bolts and were delivered quickly.
I called them, to ask a few questions regarding installation, and both times the phone was answered quickly and my queries were resolved easily.

Only ordered 2 x shower screen lower seals but they were exactly as described, with the correct measurements. Arrived well protected and quickly.
