The lady I spoke to was very helpful but the problem with my daughters gas meter has not been resolved how can someone be expected to wait months for an engineer to fix a gas meter

We are aware of an ongoing communication issue and we will be contacting customers affected to arrange appointments for this to be resolved as soon as possible. When appointments do become available, we will be in touch to arrange this with you. In the meantime, we would advise you to provide us with monthly reads to ensure you are billed accurately for the consumption in the property.

Best hotel for a while
I had a lovely trip with friends the Bramhope hotel was lovely no faults at all ,the rooms ,food and staff was lovely. The trips were great no problems at all most of all Chris our driver was lovely.

A very happy customer
While on Holiday my husband took ill and needed surgery which was very distressing. We contacted insurance company and from day 1 we were supported throughout our experience. We can't fault the company that dealt with our claim while abroad and my husbands stay in hospital recovering from major surgery. We were accompanied home by a medic through insurance company then when we landed in UK there was an Ambulance there to take us home ,we got the claims forms in sent off all appropriate receipts and we received our claims money very quickly we were amazed had how well they did.
