The lady I spoke to was very helpful…

The lady I spoke to was very helpful but the problem with my daughters gas meter has not been resolved how can someone be expected to wait months for an engineer to fix a gas meter

We appreciate your feedback and are glad the representative was helpful. We understand your frustration with the smart meter. It's disappointing to hear that it hasn't been working as expected. We are aware of an ongoing communication issue and we will be contacting customers affected to arrange appointments for this to be resolved as soon as possible. When appointments do become available, we will be in touch to arrange this with you. In the meantime, we would advise you to provide us with monthly reads to ensure you are billed accurately for the consumption in the property.
