I ordered a new front door from CTG having accepted a good quote from them. The lead time was as promised, and they answered my query about fitting a door knocker straight away.
The fitters were Casey and Ian, who were cheerful, professional and fast workers. Unfortunately, having taken out the old door and frame, when they unwrapped the new door, they noticed a small nick in the frame, and so immediately ordered a replacement. This meant that the new door had to be fitted on a temporary basis, but they came back this week with the new frame and carried the work out very tidily. Excellent service.

I ordered a pair of shoes online and requested delivery to a nearby shop rather than my home address.
A few days later I received confirmation that the delivery vis Evri would take place, then a day after that received another email saying my return had been received and I'd receive a refund! When I contacted Customer Services it did take a few days for them to get back to me but this was during the festive season. The advisor, Matthew, replied with apologies, he'd investigated but couldn't find out what had gone wrong, said the postage charge would be refunded, and gave a discount code for future use. Apart from not getting the shoes the customer service was very good.

I contacted 1st Aid Repairs thinking they might not be able to help as the fault was just with a little point-and-shoot camera, not a full DSLR. However they replied immediately saying they could do the repair, and gave me an extremely reasonable quote, which I accepted. All their communication has been fast, clear and to the point, and the camera was returned earlier than their estimate. Their efficiency and courtesy have been excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended.

The service is efficient and professional, and the glasses arrived very quickly.

The book I wanted was available, easy to buy, and arrived in a couple of days in very good condition.

£80 Refund Still Owing - When the silver bangle I ordered from Lucie Locket arrived, it was clear that it was too small. Sadly it's a lovely design and seemed well made, but was totally unsuitable for the person I was buying it for. I emailed them to say I'd be returning it, but didn't hear anything. Then returned it a day later via Post Office Signed For enclosing a copy of the email - when the delivery was confirmed still no response from them.. I've emailed again since but still not heard from them, let alone had the refund of £80 which they owe me......

Couldn't believe my luck - the batteries I needed are not widely available, but got them here, very cheaply, and they arrived the next day!

The delivery was on time as advised and the driver was friendly and courteous.

I used to wear clogs all the time but haven't done so now for many years. When I decided to get a new pair, it was great to see the range that WoC offered, and that the exact type that I used to wear were still available. It was easy to place the order, they were delivered straight away with no problems, and are of the same good quality that I remembered, and I'm pleased to have again.

Having received an email on 2 November saying my double up vouchers would be with me by 9 November, they are still not here on 13th and have to be used by 17th. Tried to ring Nectar 5 times over the past two days, 3 times got engaged, twice connected but spent nearly an hour in total holding on before giving up. I couldn't find an email address for customer service, asked for help in my local Sainsburys but they couldn't, and have now used the online chat service.
The 2 star rating is for Nectar customer service as a whole, but the Chat agent who helped me, Abhishek, was great - quick, efficient, and sorted the problem, crediting my card with all the points.

I've visited the Camborne store twice and rung them once in the process of choosing and ordering some carpet. All the members of staff who dealt with me were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, even when they were about to close the store. No-one put any pressure on me about buying the carpet, or when I said I didn't want to take out credit. The carpet I've ordered will not be delivered until the new year, at my request, and since it was on offer I think it's a very good price for the quality.

The cartridge arrived very quickly, and I like the free pen!

I ordered some calendars and received them safely, in good time, at a reasonable price (after discount), and they are very good quality.

I ordered a windproof umbrella and took advantage of getting a second very cheaply. They've both arrived, just within the timescale, and seem fine, but they haven't been put to a real windy test yet!
